The check in was easy and lobby personal were great. However when it says coffee, there is no coffee pot in the room. There are only amenities in the lobby and most you have to pay extra except coffee and water. Wi-Fi is available if you sign up for Hilton Honors or if you want it free you have to do extra work. If you accidentally sign up it cost. The hallway to the rooms also had No A/C. several customers said something on our floor. If you are looking for something quick and easy with great staff then this is the place. Just wanted you to be aware when it says amenities. Really isn’t!!

Unbelievable

Walked with barefoot in room only for about. 1.5 hours and my feet were black as night. So gross showed front desk. Bed was so sunken my 120 daughter was swallowed by it. Bed made horrible clanking noise if moved. Front desk lady was snarky and rude when I asked about room options.

If I could give this property 100 stars I would. Everyone was amazing. I travelled to deal with some family business and always felt like I was welcomed back home after a few long days. Definitely will be back. Remote working areas were fabulous and that fresh hot breakfast started every day right. You won’t regret booking here

Pillows are not optional

It was after 10pm when we arrived. We were put on the 1st floor in the handicap accessible room, no idea why. I booked for 3 people and the bed only had 2 pillows. My daughter called the front desk and told the lady we needed more pillows and the lady said she would go see if there were any. She called back and said they didn’t have anymore. I then went to the front lobby and told the lady that I booked a room with three guests and expect pillows for each of us. She said that there were not anymore and that she would have to get some from another empty room, but then said that if someone came in that that person wouldn’t have pillows. Not my problem! I told her that this was unacceptable and that I wanted a free night if she couldn’t locate some pillows. Not 10 minutes later, she shows up with 3 big fluffy pillows. After that fiasco, we ended up settling in and there was not a remote. She had to be called yet again. Don’t know what was up with this hotel, but that experience was ridiculous. Overall, I could look past this incident and write it off as isolated and would consider staying again. Breakfast was outstanding and everything else seemed to be clean, etc.

The ac had a loud noise when the fan kicked on so hard to sleep and pretty annoying honestly other than that it was a good stay wish it had a pool but good idea with the pool table and games in the lobby

I was disappointed that it was the only hotel in the area without a pool. And due to the on and of rain during the stay didnt get to enjoy having thay amenity. I was unaware that some tru hotels didnt provide a pool.

Staff, food options for breakfast and overall hotel condition were very good. Location didn't offer the best areas for walking/running with the heavy semi traffic from the travel plaza next door and road construction. I'd stay here again if we're in the Ft Worth area again.
