location oceanfront.so you stand on the tiny balcony and all you see before you is beach(no buildings in between but almost nobody swims at this beach since water is polluted, so no beachumbrellas chairs and swimmers), only people jogging, doing some kind of aerobics, sports etc. In short not a dull moment but no beachscene and beachbars. Its about a 15 min walk to all the restaurants at Beira mar from the flat.safe walk in the early evening since many Brasilians walk in the evening for fun or jog on the same boardwalk. Flat suitable for couple and a child since there is fullbed and a sofabed.sofabed is ok but 2people on it will not be comfortable. Would stay again since we had a price of usd55 or so per night in september.Breakfast included and breakfast was a good selection.

Cuidado: só vendem a vista!

Minha estadia no Flat Classic foi extremamente decepcionante. O apartamento é antigo, cheira a mofo, com móveis velhos e até quebrados. O chuveiro simplesmente não esquenta — ou seja, prepare-se para banho gelado todos os dias, sem qualquer conforto. O ar-condicionado não tem regulagem: ou você congela no 22º ou enfrenta o calor insuportável do Nordeste. A cafeteira não funcionava e só depois de insistir muito trouxeram uma emprestada de outro apartamento. Outro ponto muito negativo foi o atendimento noturno. O recepcionista é mal-educado, não olha na cara, não cumprimenta e trata os hóspedes com grosseria. Para completar, não havia itens básicos de higiene: não tinha sabonete, nem shampoo, e até papel higiênico tivemos que pedir. O valor cobrado não condiz com a qualidade oferecida. A única coisa que realmente vale a pena é a vista para o mar — mas só isso não justifica a hospedagem. Sinceramente, não recomendo. Quem se hospedar aqui deve estar preparado para lidar com falta de conforto, atendimento ruim e nenhuma estrutura adequada.

Boa experiência

A estadia foi muito boa, e a vista do quarto é fenomenal. O único ponto que nos recepcionou, foi o fato do anúncio informar que a hospedagem possuía café da manhã, porém fomos informados apenas no local que a cozinha havia sido fechada desde março. Considerando que nossa reserva foi realizada em maio, não faz sentido o anúncio ainda possuir a informação. Infelizmente faltou transparência e tivemos custos maiores para as refeições matinais.

Razoável.

A localização é perfeita e com uma visão maravilhosa da praia, bem em frente ao aterro da Praia de Iracema. A equipe da recepção é bastante atenciosa. O apartamento tem o básico, mas é um apartamento um pouco velho, precisando de um pouco de manutenção. O ar-condicionado funciona, assim como a água quente do banheiro. A internet é razoável. O café da manhã é bem simples e realizado por uma empresa terceirizada que cobra R$ 40,00, caso não esteja incluído na reserva. Achei absurdo o fato de eu ter pedido um pouco de água quente numa xícara para fazer um chá no meu apartamento e o pessoal da empresa terceirizada que cuida do café da manhã disse que não poderia fornecer a não ser que eu comprasse a xícara de água quente. Gente, uma xícara de água quente não poder ser disponibilizada para um hóspede. Achei um verdadeiro absurdo.

Gostei!

Flatzinho perfeito! Fomos muito bem tratados. Chegamos 12hs e ja conseguimos fazer check-in pq o quarto ja estava disponível. Foram bem atencioso. O hotel tem um restaurante que vende almoço e janta. Unica coisa que nao gostei foi não ter secador. Mas algo muito pequeno mediante o resto.
