Location: the villa is ideally located in the quiet area of Pacheco, 15 km from the center of Fortaleza and 14 km from the center of Cumbuco.
Cumbuco is a small fishing village north of Fortaleza which has become a renowned tourist center over the past 20 years. There are good restaurants, lively bars in the evening and a beautiful beach. In the region the trade winds blow a large part of the year which has made Cumbuco a kite-surf spot of world reputation. Surfing and windsurfing are also very popular.
With its endless deserted beaches and dune fields, the region is a paradise for buggy or quad rides. You can also go horse riding on the beach and in the dunes or even practice sailing on jangadas, these small sailboats typical of the Brazilian Northeast.
The proximity of Fortaleza, a large city of 3 million inhabitants with its international airport, state-of-the-art shopping centers, shows and other entertainment is an added advantage.

Wonderful Oceanfront Villa!

We loved our stay! It was very comfortable for 10 people. The view is magnificent as is the sounds of the ocean. The housekeeper and her husband assisted us in getting groceries and beer; she tidied our rooms every day. They were always helpful. We especially enjoyed the bar, grill, outdoor space and swimming pool. We hiked 2 minutes to a beach (during low tide). We felt safe while on property. The dirt roads and "rougher" neighborhood closer to the main road was a bit scary at first (to this American) but we never felt unsafe.

Fomos bem recebidos, o atendimento foi atencioso e prestativo. A comunicação com o inquilino foi rápida e cortez, esclarecendo todas as dúvidas. O único motivo que merece ressalvas é com relação ao acesso, considerando que, um pequeno trecho já próximo a propriedade, possui ruas esburacados. No contexto geral a avaliação é excelente.

Fui mto bem recebida nao tenho o que reclamar. O que precisa melhorar sao as ruas para chegar na casa o acesso e ruim. A casa e uma maravilha , so precisa trocar os chuveiros pois um bom banho e tudo. Mas de resto expetacular. Obrigada pela recepcao
