Excelente custo benefício em Fortaleza

Apartamento de 2 quartos em andar alto com a estrutura necessária para casal com filho. A propriedade dispõe de piscinas e um restaurante que oferece ótimas opções de alimentação, o que ajuda muito no caso de alguma necessidade sem que seja necessário sair do condomínio. O local é silencioso e situado em um ótimo ponto. A segurança é muito boa, com controle de entrada por reconhecimento facial (cadastro feito no check in).

Minha estadia foi razoável. O apartamento em si é bom. Ótima cama, chuveiro e etc … O único ponto que precisa de atenção é a questão da detetização. Durante a minha estadia, todos os dias precisávamos matar filhote de baratas e isso foi muito inconveniente.

O apartamento me surpreendeu, apesar de pequeno, acomodou muito bem minha família. Estava tudo muito limpo e organizado, o enxoval estava limpo e cheiroso, a localização é perfeita e o condomínio é muito bom, a única coisa ruim que achei foi não ter duchas nos banheiros, no geral eu adorei e já quero voltar. A comunicação com o proprietário tbm foi rápida quando precisamos. Super recomendo para família pequena.

Lovely apartment with partial sea-view, only 50 metres fro beach. 24 hour security guards at entrance. Clean, spacious, luminous, good wifi. Daily housekeeping. On the negative side, the aircon in the main bedroom leaks water inside.

Estadia muito boa. Alguns ajustes a fazer, como as descargas dos dois banheiros… Elas fazem um barulho absurdo ao encher a caixa após o uso. E as válvulas do chuveiro são muito duras para abrir e fechar. Fora isso, tudo perfeito!!!

Apart Hotel espaçoso e confortável. Tive uma pequena dificuldade no Checkin devido a reserva ter sido realizada no mesmo dia e o proprietário do apartamento não ter deixado liberado a entrada na recepção, mas após o contato da recepção com o proprietário, foi liberado. Não possui café da manhã incluso, mas tem uma pequena cozinha e um restaurante dentro do próprio condomínio.

Tudo perfeito! Por não ser um hotel e ser um complexo residencial, só o check-in que foi um pouco complicado, mas deu tudo certo, após ligarmos para o Antônio e realmente o horário check-in é um aspecto super positivo pelo horário que é liberado. O apartamento é muito bom! Muito limpo e organizado, muito bem equipado, próximo a tudo, meio quarteirão da praia de Iracema.

As instalações eram grandes e bem confortáveis. Chuveiro excelente! Tivemos problema com a TV do quarto que não funcionava, avisamos e no dia seguinte a mesma foi trocada. A unia intercorrência foi com a limpeza. O correto seria a cada dois dias e a pessoa acabou não indo e ficamos sem papel higiênico. Saímos de noite para comprar. No dia seguinte houve uma limpeza muito maior do que quando chegamos. Recomendo o lugar.

Ao chegar no hotel as 01:00 não encontravam minha reserva e me deram a maior canseira até conseguir disponibilizar um quarto. Após quase uma hora arrumaram um quarto caindo aos pedaços, sem rede, lençóis e cortinas velhas, televisão da sala não funcionava somente a do quarto e loucas velhas e sujas (além de bebidas etc na geladeira já usada. Resumindo se está a procura de um mínimo de conforto e limpeza procurem outro local.
