Praia mar is a good hotel. Nothing crazy but it’s in a great location for food, beach, and walking at night. The beachfront avenue has many people walking at night, lots of food and entertsinment

The hotel does not match the photos at all. The room was not oceanfront as advertised, and I had to pay extra to be moved to another room. The final cost was far higher than what the place is worth. The bathroom cleanliness was not great. The photos make it seem like the entire building is part of the hotel, but in reality, only the first two floors belong to the hotel — the rest are a private condominium. The listing gives the impression that the whole building is part of the hotel, which is not true. The TVs in the rooms don’t work, and the walls — both in the bathroom and the bedroom — are dirty. The breakfast is not very good, just okay. There is also no place to park the car.

O quarto era simples, mas bem funcional. Ar condicionado e frigobar funcionavam muito bem. Colchão era razoável, e o chuveiro do banheiro era bem ruim. Café da manha era bom, mas não dos melhores que já vi. No geral gostamos da estadia, principalmente pela localização, que é a melhor de Fortaleza. O quarto não dava vista para o mar, mas tinha janela que podia ser aberta caso quisesse.

No primeiro quarto eu encontrei um ESCORPIÃO no banheiro! Além disso, estava com paredes sujas e áreas de mofo, ar condicionado pingando. Solicitei troca de quarto e o único disponível era sem janela, mais limpo e organizado. Café da manhã razoável e funcionários cordiais. Não me hospedaria novamente.

É um bom local, em frente a praia. Atendimento bom e as acomodações são antigas e ah na cama tinha um buraco bem desconfortavél. O elevador dá medo, mas tem as escadas que parecem mais segura. O café da manhã é bom, mas eles n repoem pelo menos não aconteceu quando eu fui, então indico acordar cedo pra pegar tudo fresquinho.
