I am very disappointed that the mattress was horrendous and I was not able to sleep for my entire stay. On top of that the AC in my room did really cool very much. Although the management did offer to change my mattress to another one it was pretty much the same mattress, a terrible one. If you care about your sleep and mattress do not stay here. Staff is friendly and hotel is new but the mattress and AC is crap.

Bom hotel custo x benefício e bem localizado

O hotel é novo e as instalações funcionam perfeitamente. A localização é ótima, a apenas 5 a 10 minutos a pé da praia (a rua é uma descida). Não caminhei muito à noite pelos arredores, mas durante o dia me senti seguro o tempo todo. O quarto é espaçoso, os funcionários são simpáticos, a limpeza é excelente e o ar-condicionado funciona muito bem. Como sugestão de melhoria: o hotel possui muitos quartos, e o tamanho da área do café da manhã não é compatível com a capacidade do hotel, o que pode tornar essa refeição conturbada, com falta de mesas e cadeiras para todos. A reposição dos alimentos e a limpeza das mesas poderiam ser mais ágeis. Também sugiro mudar a posição da mesa onde ficam os pratos e o café, que atualmente está na entrada da área do café, causando um “engarrafamento” de pessoas logo na porta. A quantidade de vagas de estacionamento é desproporcional ao tamanho do hotel, podendo não haver vagas suficientes dependendo da lotação. Além disso, a entrada do estacionamento é muito inclinada e exige certa habilidade. As vagas são pequenas e SUVs acabam ultrapassando os limites. Como sugestão, o hotel poderia buscar parceria com estacionamentos próximos para oferecer mais opções. O isolamento acústico dos quartos não é bom; é fácil ouvir o que está sendo falado no quarto ao lado. Apesar dos pontos levantados, no geral, é um bom hotel e recomendo a estadia. O custo-benefício, a localização e o fato de o hotel ser novo se sobressaem e o tornam uma boa opcão.
