The hotel is brand new, the staff is amazing and the location is spectacular! We had a service dog and the process was a breeze. We strongly recommend!

I loved the staff … but that’s all. The front desk was extremely kind and helpful, but I would not stay here again. The rooms are really small. I could not walk around the room unless my husband was shoved into the bathroom. It’s tiny!!!! I felt very unsafe walking to the beach or around. It takes about 45 minutes to get to the “feirinha” market place. Even during the day it was not safe. Not a good location at all. I left one day earlier than planned because of the location and amenities of the hotel. The restaurant is not open on Monday or Tuesday and the breakfast had very limited options. The pool is also very tiny. There are only 2 tables for us to sit by the pool. Hotel has nothing else. I recommend to stay beach front, which is closer to the market place. Oh, Elizangela (our house keeper) took great care of us and she was wonderful!!!

Razoável, água do chuveiro não esquenta, sem estacionamento. Caso aconteça de vc perder o cartão que abre a porta dos quartos há uma cobraça de 20 reais. A limpeza é boa. os quartos são bons e modernos, mas nada de excepcional.

Hotel lindo, muito limpo e cheiroso, tudo novinho. Café da manhã muito gostoso e bem variado. Amei o hotel. Ponto negativo somente a distância da feirinha de artesanato e demais principais restaurantes, mais ou menos 2,5km, anda um pouco.

É um bom hotel, mas com localização ruim, ruas escuras ao redor. A piscina é boa, o cafe da manha muito bom. O quarto é pequeno porem com bom aproveitamento do espaço principalmente banheiro. Falta uma logistica melhor para consumo no hotel. Se vc quer um refri ou cafe vc tem quebir na recepção pegar pq nao tem quem te leve na piscina. Falta simpatia nos funcionarios. Parece que estao te fazendo um favor exceto por um ou dois da recepção que sao simpaticos. IMPORTANTE: nao tem restaurante segundas e terças nem room service. FIM DE SEMANA nao tem proteção acustica nos quartos, entao o som das festas e bares ao redor entram no quarto e dormir pode ser um desafio grande.

Hotel lindo, confortável, tudo novinho, com café da manhã excelente!!! Cama muito confortável, com lençóis limpinhos, só merece um edredon. O único ponto negativo, é o hotel não ter estacionamento, no mais é tudo muito bom.

Execelente hotel

O hotel é moderno, bonito, a localizacao é perfeita, o cafe da manha delicioso, todos sao muito atenciosos, e ha alguns detalhes bem pensados como um varal dentro do box, para pendurar as roupas molhadas. Apenas alguns pontos de melhoria: os ralos do banheiro fazem com que a agua transborde, e nao ha um espelho no quarto. O quarto para mais de 2 pessoas pode ser apertado

O atendente foi muito atencioso, nosso quarto veio com uma cama de casal pequena e como na reserva falava que era uma cama queen, nós pedimos a mudança pois estávamos com nossa filha e não tinha condições de dormirmos os 3 numa cama de casal, ele prontamente conseguiu um quarto adequado e fomos muito bem atendidos, o café é maravilhoso, tem tapioca e omelete feitos na hora. Foi tudo perfeito!

Hotel novo, muito bem localizado próximo ao icônico Pirata na praia de Iracema. Charmoso, bem decorado e com um staff simpático e eficiente. Nota máxima para o café da manhã, muito bem servido e variado. Ponto negativo, não tem estacionamento, mas vi que estão finalizando um num terreno ao lado.

Tintto: boa experiência em Fortaleza!

O hotel Tintto é muito bem projetado, novo, com boas áreas comuns. O café da manhã é excelente!!! Os apartamentos são confortáveis, mas deixaria como sugestão uma cama maior nos quartos. A manutenção dos apartamentos, como pintura, colocar um porta shampoo dentro do box e coisas desse tipo se fazem necessárias para que o hotel não perca o padrão oferecido. As dependências são bonitas e agradáveis. Voltaria a me hospedar!
