Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast served in the Presidente Comfort Hotel. Also pool from Comfort Hotel can be used. All this is nice, but: Some rooms only have a window facing a light shaft and you have to lean out the window to see the sky above you. In this light shaft the airconditions are installed which causes a lot of noise and it smells very musty. These rooms are terrible. It is not written in the description that some rooms have just these windows, so I cannot recomend this hotel.

*Fiquei hospedada no Foz Presidente Economic no 4°andar, onde o elevador so ia ate o 3°, havendo a necessidade de subir 2 lances de escadas. *O café da manhã era servido no outro hotel, Confort, tendo que andar quase uns 300 metros. *O Pagamento foi feito integralmente, diferente do combinado no site do Hoteis.com. Tentei falar com o responsável e fui ignorada totalmente. *Divergência de informações dos funcionários em relação ao horário de utilização da piscina.

O hotel fica no centro de Foz do Iguaçu, próximo axuma boa area comercial, restaurantes e transporte. O hotel é simples, porem limpo e organizado. No meu check in foi feito pela Melany (eu acho), muito atenciosa, prestativa e educada. O quarto tinha, TV LCD, ar condiciinado, frigobar, ducha, wi-fi e entre outras comodidades. O café da manha é muito bom, variado e sempre os itens são repostos. Esse hotel é em conjunto com um outro hotel, onde o restaurante, café da manha, pisci a e area comum e a de lazer, são compartilhados. Á area da piscina e muito boa, com uma área verde e um bar. Gostei bastante do hotel, da localização, limpeza e organização. Destacaque: proximo ao hotel tem um restaurante simples, mas a comida boa, caseira: Restaurante Treviso.

O café da manhã tinha muitas variedades, o estacionamento era bom, porém sem cobertura, o atendimento fomos bem atendido, porém não atendeu a um pedido solicitado. O Quarto tinha muito cheiro de água sanitária, como não tinha ventilação era i suportável, o ar condicionado funcionou bem, porém não dava para dormir com o barulho do motor, muito barulhento, parecia uma turbina.

Infelizmente, minha experiência com o quarto deixou bastante a desejar. As instalações são muito antigas e o banheiro estava visivelmente danificado, passando uma sensação de falta de manutenção. Além disso, havia um forte cheiro de mofo no quarto, o que comprometeu o conforto da estadia. Por outro lado, o atendimento da equipe foi excelente todos muito educados, solícitos e prestativos, o que fez diferença durante a hospedagem. O café da manhã também foi um ponto positivo, porém vale ressaltar que só foi bom porque foi servido na área do Hotel Comfort, pertencente ao mesmo grupo. No geral, o hotel tem potencial por conta do atendimento, mas precisa urgentemente de reformas e melhorias na infraestrutura para oferecer uma experiência condizente com o que se espera de uma boa hospedagem.

Ja tinha indo a este hotel e por ter gostando voltei so que dessa vez não foi tao bom como da primeira vez. Acho que mudaram o cozinheiro pois a comida não foi boa como da primeira vez. Nem no jantar nem o café dá manhã, também achei o cúmulo do absurdo um refrigerante de latinhas custa 12 reais acho que o Procon deveria ver a questão de preços absurdo em hotéis, também de todos os funcionários só uma senhora do café da manhã que estava de cara fechada parecia um general.
