I was really disappointed in this hotel. I knew it wasn't going to be great based on reviews, but it wasn't even good. There was nothing in the room other than the beds. They lost my reservation when I tried to check-in, so it took forever. Breakfast was the one redeeming quality of this hotel, and even it wasn't that great.

Good location but nobody speaks basic english

Very good location but it was super difficult communicating with the staff as nobody speaks english or italian. The hotel is very old but it was always clean. tv didnt work

Shame,has great potential in a very drab town

The staff did not speak English as promised but were very nice and helpfull.The bathroom had no hot water,needed serious upgrading and da a sleted window come vent which was permanently stuck open,meaning visibility when in the shower.The tv only had a couple of local stations,no sport nor news in English The linens were clean and fresh and the breakfast very good and plentiful. The town has nothing to offer except practicality,the hotels between the airport anf the falls look much more inviting, Price though can not be faulted,it was good value for money.

O hotel é antigo e mau cuidado. Nao tem tv, o chuveiro é pessimo. Fica pingando o tempo todo. A janela não fecha. As condições de higiene nao sao boas. As roupas de cama sao feias e muito usadas. Não gostei.

Muy sucio

El aire no andaba, y hacía un calor insoportable, igualmente nos cambiaron de habitación, pero estaba todo muy sucio, deteriorado, sin mantenimiento. El desayuno muy pobre, las frutas muy verdes, feas. Nunca lo remendaría!

O café da manhã tinha poucas opções e a reposição era muito demorada, até mesmo de talheres. Não tinha pão integral para quem só pode comer essa opção. O box do banheiro era de plástico e estava emperrando. Quarto simples, mas cama confortável

Pior impossível, ficamos na primeira noite por que nosso voo atrasou chegamos 1 hora da manhã e no outro dia entramos em contato com hotéis.com é pedimos ressarcimento das outras 3 diárias restantes dos três quartos estamos aguardando ressarcimento e saímos já pela manhã para outro hotel

Péssima opção

Pontos negativos: -Cama de casal eram 2 camas solteiros -Roupas de cama encardidas -Toalhas de banho sujas -Goteira na laje do banheiro do apartamento superior -Porta do banheioro não fecha -Não havia suporte para papel higiênico no banheiro -O banheiro estava sujo, com muito cabelo dos hóspedes anteriores -A Tv era velha e não pegava bem os canais e não tinha controle -O quarto era para fumante, sendo que foi escolhido para não fumante -O café da manhã bem mais simples que o apresentado na foto. -O horário curto de café da manhã (7hrs às 9hrs) -O estacionamento com a penas umas 10 vagas, porém o hotel tem mais de 50 quartos. -Chegamos ás 16 hrs e o quarto não estava pronto ainda, tivemos que esperar mais de 30 minutos para o quarto ficar pronto, e só me levaram ao quarto quando reclamei da demora.
