Achei o local limpo e agradável. O espaço é bom. E a noite é bastante silênciosa, consegui descansar bem. Tem um atacadão bem próximo, 2 minutos de caminhada.

Falta cuidados básicos pra ficar muito bom.

Tinha mofo no teto do banheiro, pia vazava e a TV tem um sinal extremamente fraco, só pegava a Globo e ainda com o sinal falhando. Chuveiro bem quente.

Pousada próximo ao centro

Chegamos ao local pela tarde. A proprietária nos atendeu com bastante atenção. É uma pousada um tanto simples, porém nos atendeu o suficiente. Não está distante do centro de Gramado, fica em um terreno em declive. Oferecem utensílios de cozinha, fogão e mesa para as refeições. Também lá está uma geladeira disponível. Voltaríamos, caso voltemos até a cidade.

Cuidado com a acomodação de número 200.

As acomodações em geral são muito boas e confortáveis porém, eu fiquei hospedado no quarto de número 200 o qual não tinha nenhuma iluminação e ventilação natural o que o torna insalubre, pois mesmo com o ar condicionado o ar fica viciado pois o aparelho somente circula o ar interno e não renova o ar. Pela legislação de obras não é permitido ambientes que não possuam ventilação natural. A garagem também não condiz com o numero de quartos que o residencial possui e não tem espaço para manobras, portanto garagem ruim.

Rente 2 habitaciones 1 de ellas no tenía papel higiénico y la cerradura estaba mala de la puerta principal la señorita que trabajaba ahí dijo que era seguro pero en fin esa no era la solución y las habitaciones no tenían ni lo básico como shampo, acondicionador o jabón pésimo para ser primera vez que rente por expedía
