the room was ok but the mattress was really old and dirty and the room had a strange stale smell to it and the linens were once white but now had a grey tinge to them. The area around the hotel is sketchy and the property going up to my room was very dirty. There were sheets and blankets piled up on the garbage can outside and the there were lots of strange, drunk people hanging around outside in the parking lot.

This is the most the most scammy hotel Ive seen. We were supposed stay for a few days but 1 of us got sick with a contagious respiratory disease. Since we didnt want to expose everyone at the hotel to our germs we tried to have the reservation rescheduled or refunded. Instead of trying to work with us to try to reschedule or refund us in any way at all (we were open to any solution at all) the hotel pretty much suggested we have to come to the hotel sick and cough at everyone we come in contact with. Ive never encountered such disdain, obnoxiousness, and disregard for their customers well being

The room was clean and self parking was great. Lots of cigarette butts on the property. It was fine for a night or two. Noise can be an issue -- both nights a guy from a group of 5-6 men staying there was yelling outside at 2 and 3 am. English was not their first language so it was hard to know if the yelling was anger or passion! Either way it was not welcome at that hour of the morning.

There was a cumbys close,parking was good. Sink leaked all over the floor,toilet running,only cleaned our room 1 in 5 nights. Glad i was close to my family,but def will not go back. The bed was awful,only 1 chair in a room for 2. Tv did work

Grateful it was just one night

Not a good experience at all. The greeting was not friendly. You get the feeling that the staff all hate their jobs. Maybe they were all having a bad day on the same day but we won’t be staying at another RRI. Our non smoking room was so bad my eyes were watering after I first walked in. Realized later it was due to a man who stood outside of that room to chain smoke. When the sprinklers come on for the grass, you will get wet. That part was funny but maybe not to a lot of folks. I can’t identify the odor in the room with ice and vending machine. I asked for a refund and we would go find another hotel. She offered a suite for the same price. We were tired so we took it. Maybe we just had bad timing but it was tough to get to any room without walking past smokers. (I’m allergic to cigarette smoke) most of that room was clean but not the bathroom. Couldn’t wait to leave.
