Small but comfortable, excellent customer service. There’s parking but it is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle. Great buffet breakfast.

Hotel oferece novas instalações quarto limpo banheiro OK espaçoso sem muito conforto mas limpo e agradável o atendimento da recepção é bom os funcionários são educados e atenciosos o hotel oferece estacionamento porém com vagas limitadas então recomendo chegar cedo pra que possa parar dentro do estacionamento minha única reclamação sobre o hotel é o restaurante Pela manhã antes de dar o horário de finalizar o café da manhã eu ainda estava tomando meu café da manhã e o pessoal da do restaurante retirou o café da manhã sem ao menos perguntar ou avisar que estaria encerrando à noite tentei solicitar o serviço de quarto antes do horário de finalização no entanto o serviço já havia encerrado e durante o café da manhã do segundo dia não havia ovos e e ainda era 8h30 da manhã e aí quando eu solicitei eu ainda tive que escutar a piada por parte da funcionária no geral com hotel pra ficar hospedado em Francisco Beltrão
