Wonderful experience

From the time I stepped into the hotel I was treated very special. The receptionist couldn’t do enough for me. Made me feel special. Helped me with directions and recommendations on where to eat and how to get where I needed to go. Five star treatment.

We liked the breakfast and staff - they were outstanding. The halllways were a little dated and the shower drain in the room emitted a less than pleasant smell. This was a very conveniently located hotel for tourism, nightlife, and transportation.

Nice hotel with shower in the bedroom

Great room, Great staff. Close enough to walk to Old town. Fyi, the shower in our took was in the middle of the bedroom with clear glass. When you shower, you are putting on a show!

Fantastic Stay

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient—right in the heart of the city and just a 30-minute walk to Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof, which made exploring the area super easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. What truly stood out, though, was the breakfast spread—absolutely amazing! A huge variety of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Frankfurt!

Rooms need help! Missing button on shower temperature, moldy grout in shower, water guard on bottom of shower door was broken and full of mold, room was 29C when we arrived-air conditioner was broken and needed to be fixed as there were no other rooms available. This took 1.5 hours at 7:00pm on the day of our arrival from Canada. The temperature still never went below 24.5C. Room was not cleaned well - bits of garbage from previous guests left on the floor. Sink was smelly and covered with something gross. Toilet area had urine splashes on flush button. The sauna and steam showers in the fitness area are non functioning.

We had a wonderful stay. Bar manager was lovely and made great cocktails for us. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Check in is super smooth, with a small shop for essentials. They alao have a great locker system to leave luggage etc. Comfy beds, black out curtains, walking distance to town, its a great hotel.
