Very quick check in, polite and professional staff. Next to the S- Bahn and very easy access to both terminals. Excellent breakfast and reasonably priced for the area and hotel type. Room was spacious, quiet and comfortable.

Subway right beside to zip to the main train station or 2 minutes to the Airport. Rooms nice size and clean. Staff very helpful and friendly. Morning buffet was well worth the price. Not too much directly around it but as I said can get where you need to go easily. Unless your husband takes you on the wrong subway train….

Convenient Location, Great Room – but Sofa Bed Needs Major Improvement We stayed at the Hyatt near the Frankfurt Airport and found the location extremely convenient, especially for travelers looking for quick airport access. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and overall very well maintained. We booked a room with a King Bed and a Sofa Bed. The main room was spacious, elegant, and spotless — clearly up to Hyatt’s usual standards. However, the sofa bed was a major letdown. It felt uneven and unsteady, the mattress was incredibly thin, and the springs were very noticeable, making for a very uncomfortable night’s sleep. It's honestly one of the worst sofa beds I’ve encountered in a hotel. Additionally, we were assigned an inner room facing a wall or internal area, while we noticed that other rooms had a more open view of the surroundings, including the highway. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, it’s a solid hotel in a great location, but if you plan on using the sofa bed, I’d recommend confirming the bedding quality with the hotel in advance or requesting an alternative option.

Could be easily better.

Check in: 8/10 because long line up and 1 person working on check in. Waited 15-20 min. Room: 7/10 it’s a standard hotel room. It was clean, bathroom clean. Bed was horrible. Horrible mattress (very squishy feeling and rubbery. Did not feel like a good mattress. Almost like a hospital type. Breakfast buffet: 3/10 scramble eggs like rubber. Selection was not good. For $20€ not with at all.

Check-in and parking issues

I reserved two rooms. The front desk would not let me check in the second room until my son arrived, as he staying in the room - very inconvenient for my other son staying in that room. When I asked about underground parking for our rental cars, they told me to just get a ticket. They did not tell me we needed to get the ticket validated to get out, so we were stuck until the front desk answered us on the intercom. The restaurant was very nice - really enjoyed dinner and the included breakfast.

Good stopover spot

Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Hotel staff were friendly and positive in trying to allow us to access a room as soon as possible given our morning flight had been cancelled. Location is not too far from Terminal 2 but with suitcases a taxi is required. Room was og a good size with a very good bathroom / shower (plenty of hotter).
