A clean and tidy hotel with good rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is a buffet style offering a variety of hot and cold food.

This hotel has very dishonest front desk managers who lie to ensure you don’t receive any Expedia benefits/perks. I found the hotel unsafe as people constantly smoke and drink outside the hotel in the evening and leave broken glass bottles outside the hotel

Did not get a balcony and was lucky that I didn’t get charged for two booking. How did Expedia finalize my first try at booking when I lost internet half way through this booking. I had not given credit card details and didn’t receive a confirmation. Only got confirmation for second booking. Could have cost me a lot of money.

Stay at This Hotel!!!!!!!!!

The hotel was extremely nice. There are many useful amenities, such as the bar, dining room, gym and sauna rooms. The rooms are well appointed. They included a safe, coffee and tea bar, refrigerator, and amazing bathrooms and well organized wardrobe cabinets. More importantly however, was the staff. I cannot say enough about the front desk manager who assisted me during my stay. I know I will misspell his name, so please forgive me. His name began with a Y, I want to say his name was Ysev. He had intimated he was from Turkey. This front desk manager was just absolutely amazing!!! He was the most incredibly helpful person. He truly went above and beyond with help at the front desk. He was knowledgeable regarding he surrounding area, he was able to help me read some food labels in German, and was a really nice person. While the hotel itself is amazing, it was his personable service at the front desk from this manager that really made my stay in Frankfurt. I stay at different hotels all over Europe. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, as well as a stay in the beautiful city of Frankfurt. You will not be disappointed.
