We overall enjoyed our stay, some of the staff members were a bit "straight forward", we were told at 11am that breakfast is done being served everywhere in Germany, but were able to find all day breakfast place just minutes away from the hotel. Also the fan in the room was not running properly, so it was a bit stuffed and humid.

Would not stay again. The hotel is a mix of new and desperately needing renovation. Our fridge did not work, the lighting in the room was ridiculous, we booked a suite because we have kids and the living room lights only turned on with the bedroom lights, so we were unable to put the kids down and relax in the other room unless we sat in complete darkness. The tvs came with Chromecast, which was cool, but didn't work (internet was too slow to render, and on the other TV it didn't work at all) The bathroom sink we very discolored and yellow. And TO TOP IT OFF the lamp in the living room was broken, and in hindsight we should have said something, but ended up finding out that the hotel charged us $200 after we left because "we broke it". Criminals.
