This hotel is few minutes walking distance from terminal using covered transfer galleries. Very convenient. Restaurant was open late and very early in the morning we were able to have coffee and croissant in the lobby free of change. Very good value for money.

We chose this hotel being on site and an easy transfer for our flight as we have mobility issues. The booking was made approx 3 months ago and on arrival we were told them didn’t have an accessible room. We were given a high Murphy bed which was challenging! Apparently they had only been advised of our room request on the day of arrival by the company we booked through. Communication between the hotel and 3rd parties obviously needs addressed. On the positive, there were good options for dinner and “normal” UK/US pillows!

Poor service. WiFi does not work. No guest lifts

The wifi was not working. When I complained to the front desk at checkout, I was told that it was working and they could see I had used it which is correct, however after 5 minutes of webpages not loading I had to revert to using my phone data. The front desk made no apologies for this and no apology was offered for the fact that the guest lifts were also out of order. One service lift was available but had significant queues so I have to use the fire emergency stair case to get to and from my room.

One night well spent.

Location is great. Walk to the terminal. Staff was excellent. Room was new quiet and modern amenities. The food was the only disappointment. Hopefully the kitchen gets the same upgrade the hotel rooms got.

Overall the staff and accommodations were top notch the only issue was that the main elevators were out forcing everyone to use two service elevators that were being over crowded as people were trying to go up and down. I know this is just a temporary problem but is not great for a hotel at a major airport.
