The staff was friendly and helpful, Unfortunately the rooms, we had to change to a second room, were in bad shape. Bad lightbulbs, flooring coming loose making a trip hazard, missing smoke detector

Didnt stay already disputing charges with hotels.com and credit card. Roachs, un clean pictures are probably from 10 years ago when it welas new. Extremely disappointed had to change hotels and spend more money. Stay away.

Room was dirty and poorly lit. Dead bugs smashed in tub and on floor showed that housekeeping was not cleaning. Didnt even unpack, voiced concerns to front desk and asked for a refund and left. Refund was denied by property and the best Travelocity could was a $25 coupon. Definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here

Was given a room it had no shower head… moved to a different room dropped my bag to appointment got back walked into my room someone else had luggage in my room went to office and was given yet another room and got my bag back from the super rude mgr…. The third room was beat up, tv didn’t work. I told the mgr that I wasn’t staying the next night and was told no refund would be given! DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!!! You will be screwed and be treated terribly

Although the room smelled clean, it didn't look that way. The walls and floors are old and dirty, and the couch I would NEVER sit on. The first room they gave us smelled of cigarettes when I told them I did not want a smoking room. The second one they gave us was better. The toilet did not flush unless we took the lid off. We only stated on night, so it was just fine for that. I would have asked for my money back and found another place if I were staying longer. I will not stay here again.

The staff were great. Property is in very poor condition. No extra toilet paper or tissues. Floors were very dirty. Walls and ceilings are in poor shape. Not a hotel I would visit again. I traveled from NH and expected a nicer place to stay. A dog barked for 3 hours there was no cold water just warm or hot. Invest money into the place.

Since all other local hotels were booked, i stayed here out of necessity. Yikes. The woman at reception made me feel like an inconvenience. The room had holes in weird places - made me feel like there were hidden cameras everywhere. The outlet covers were cracked & the outlets themselves didnt work consistently. The wifi was barely existent. The cable channels were barely working. The mattress was properly wrapped and the sheets were clean & there were no signs of bedbugs (phew!), but there was a roach on the shower curtain, which i didn't see until late. The floor was linoleum and was utterly filthy (a walk across the room without shoes left my feet black), as was the tile floor in the bathroom. Upon checkout, the gentleman looked away from his phone long enough to say "okay" and never even bothered to ask how the accomodations were (I'm guessing he already knew what the answer would be). If ever in this situation again, i will gladly drive the 20-30 minites and stay in Gettysburg or Owings Mills.

The room was clean, but there were stains on carpeting and walls.The shower curtain was torn.There were no hooks for towels. The mirror was in bathroom but the sink and counter space was outside the bathroom.The lighting was poor. Three of the rooms were taped off which was disconcerting. The worst part was that the smoke alarm in our room went off at 4 AM, and it was very loud.The alarm had a cover over so we were unable to remove the battery. We did not know why it went off and it would not shut off. My husband held a pillow over it to dull the sound. It was only our room. Surprisingly no one else came out of their rooms to see what was happening. No one from the office called or came to the room to see what was happening. It finally stopped. I was just anout asleep when the alarm went off again. Thankfully it only lasted about 15 seconds. When my husband reported it to the office, they feigned surprise and said they knew nothing about it. That's comforting. They said they would have someone look into it. We were grateful it did not go off the 2nd night. we were there.

Place was so out dated. Shower was one small stream of water. Sheets dirty. Comforter torn. Suppose to be non smoking but smelled of pot. Trash can outside door full never emptied. Hotels.com should refund my money and never list this place

Couldn’t use the swimming pool, no water in the pool. Door to the room was stuck had to pull very hard to open door. The room was not worth the 170 dollars for 1 night. Jacuzzi tub needs some help. The door chain was broken so couldn’t use it
