Rooms and bathrooms were clean, hot tub was not up and running which was a bummer after a long day of travel but other than that everything was decent. We enjoyed our short stay and slept well. Very friendly staff. Super soft comfortable bedding!

A very outdated hotel with carpet that was old(smelly) and dirty Ice machines were not functional Internet was not working during our stay Not an eco-friendly hotel as nothing was recycled (still use styrofoam which is not good for the environment Staff was friendly!

Hotel is older and the carpet in our room had stains on it. The room itself was clean so no complaints about that. We were traveling so were leaving early in morning. Unfortunately on a weekend the breakfast area opens a little later than during the week. They did have coffee available which was good. I would stay there again for a night.

This is our second visit since February. The lady that checked us in was friendly and helpful. We were disappointed this time because we had no hot water for showers. We were told we didn’t let the water run long enough (5 minutes seems long enough). It also looked like maybe they were having a plumbing issue because ceiling tiles removed and buckets down the one corridor. Also, it is what it is, the hot tub was out of service both visits.

The perimeter of the room, along the carpet at the bottom of the walls, contained either bug or rat killer that created dust in the room that caused burning in my nose and throat. There were no other available rooms until the midnight front desk person gave me a room that didn't lock from the outside. The pool was filthy as was the hot tub. There were buckets throughout the lower level collecting water that was leaking from the ceiling. There were rat traps at the bottom of the stairs on the lower level. Radisson states "privately owned" yet their name is associated with this hotel. I will NEVER stay at a Country Inn or Radisson again.

Property is outdated, plumbing (showers take 6 minutes to warm up) whirlpool was green water and cold. Hair clumps in pool. Rugs dirty. Bed clean and acceptable.
