The room was clean but needed some attention/updating (worn carpet in some areas and tattered drapes). Front Desk Staff was courteous and accommodating. The TV in the room first assigned to us did not work so we were moved to another room

Apparently they only let rude people with children they cannot control who have no awareness they aren't the only ones staying here, stay here. Ended up having to leave in the middle of the night so they didn't wake up my son. We barely stayed here a few hours and nothing comped. When we stay in Fredericksburg again we won't be choosing this hotel. My husband was also going back to the room s few times to get things are the front desk lady asked no less than 4 times if he was ready to check out. If I was there I would have told her off. People go to the desk when they're ready to check out, don't need to be bothered a bunch of times before we're ready.

The staff at both locations are excellent. however, I booked at the country Inn by Radisson South 95 which is like 3 miles from my daughter’s house when I arrived. They told me I was at the other one on Warrenton Road. Was not happy that I had to go find the other hotel. I did notice that the hotel but I booked that was jammed packed full of people. I think y’all just pushed me over to the other location may not use Expedia again have to think about it.

The staff was very helpful. Anything we needed, as far as toiletries, extension cord, etc., they were very accommodating. The hot breakfast was very nice, and included in the price. They alternated some of the special breakfast dishes, including biscuits and gravy and cheese, omelettes, but they always had fresh Belgian waffles you could make. I would stay here again.

The property was good. However when we went to go back to our room the key didn’t work and the receptionist wasn’t there and was missing for 1/2 hour. We called Country Inn and Suites and they could not find him. He finally showed up and got us in our room it took 40 minutes to get us in our room. We were tired after having worked a busy day. It was really annoying.

The location was good. The check in was efficient and polite. However the carpet in the room was so gross with stains, I wore my shoes the entire time and it made me question the cleanliness of everything else. The furniture was old and outdated. It’s a shame because the hotel choices in that area are limited.
