While the place was very clean, our shower curtain looked like it had been in a slasher movie. No biggie but very weird. The pool was nice but the exhaust fan was so loud you had to yell to each other. Not a bad place just off a bit.

We got in at midnight and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to appear at the front desk. It didn't take long but I was hit with an additional fee of twenty something I was not aware of. The thermostat did not work, air unit needed cleaning and bathroom fan did not work. Breakfast had a good selection.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable! The tv remote was poor and difficult to operate. The parking area is very limited. We had to drive around several times before finding a space. The breakfast food was not even warm.

Noisy hotel not suitable for rest

Great customer service and employees, otherwise disappointed. Terribly designed, as sound carries easily between walls. Forget about restful night- guests and their hoards of children are loud and obnoxious at all hours. This is a hotel for loud families, NOT long distance commuters looking for rest. The only redeeming quality is its lovely staff!

The bldg has no hot water !!! I checked in at 4:pm took 5 minutes of water running to get a little hot left at 3am and no hot water I saw a few people mention it in the reviews I thought that must have a one time occurrence BUT ITS NOT WHO RUNS A HOTEL WITH NO HOT WATER

Awesome customer service. When I realized I had booked a standard room Staff(Habib) ensured we received a mobility accessible room and had one prepped immediately on the 1st floor.

We had a good stay overall. The major complaint was no hot water, at least for us on the 5th floor. It would have been nice to have a shower after the pool. The pool area was nice, but the machine room was very, very loud. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was well stocked!
