Great location in midtown!

The property is older, you just be able to walk steep steps, but it’s a quant space. Has everything one needs for a weekend in or right in town to go any place within walking distance. Store below starts their music at 10, so as long as that isn’t a problem, it works! Bathroom could use some additional cleaning. Cleaners obviously don’t go through all drawers as someone’s medications were left. Love being able to leave out the back, but you have to come in through the front. It would have been helpful to sue both for entry or exit. Over all super comfortable! We will be back!

On the Main Street, historic building, private balcony with a hot tub-perfect location for our first visit to Fredericksburg! We highly recommend Unit Two. It is at the back of the building and therefore, a bit of the road noise is filtered. The height of the bed does require using the provided steps but it is very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

The best!

This place was perfect for us. The accommodations were great. The Jacuzzi was absolutely spotless and worked perfectly. Which we appreciate very much. My wife had one request and that is I tell you that you need a full length mirror for getting dressed. Thank you for a great stay!

The only downside is that you have to fight for parking as it is on the main Street and doesn't have its own parking. So it's street park ;/

Great Location

Fantastic location, notwithstanding difficult parking at arrival. Cool old building, comfy cozy place to say. The hot tub was a great way to relax after walking around Fredericksburg all day. The only downside is the bath/shower. It’s quite tight space with the curtain closed and I m an average sized dude, so I imagine it’s all the more squeezy for anyone above 6’ and larger than a 42” jacket. Otherwise we loved the convenience to everything including coffee and breakfast the next morning and loved being in the heart of downtown. Great place to stay.

We were not impressed. There were black hairs in the bathroom (we both have lighter hair). It was noisy and hot. Smelled musty. The bed was extremely hard and not comfortable. Parking was a nightmare. Overall, it was not good value for the money we spent. Extremely over priced.

Heart of Fredericksburg

Great location right downtown with easy access to stores and restaurants. You enter on Main Street and go up one flight of stairs and into your well appointed suite with decor from local stores. Walk outside you have a private patio and hot tub area. Clawfoot tub was a nice touch!

Location was perfect. Never could figure out how to lock the doors when leaving. We just took a chance and left it unlocked. The deck area could use a little work, was not set up very well.

Location was amazing. Had some minor issues getting into the property so I called the management company. We figured it out on our own but the management company got to us the following day so if there was a bigger issue they wouldn't have helped us. Even though this happened we will be staying here again in the future.

Perfect location! Cool eclectic vibe

Couldn’t ask for a better location, right in the heart of downtown Fredericksburg TX. You walk out and your right on Main Street. And with us having gone during crazy Spring Break, this made a huge difference when dealing with crowds. Cause it was pretty much a park once and done type deal. The place itself was very nice, old school historic type building, bedroom with living room were spacious enough and looked great. The bathroom was manageable, though the tub / shower situation I could see being weird for some. However, the best part was the private hot tub and patio. Wife and I used it every night and had nice outdoor sitting area with string lights that gave a nice romantic vibe. If I had any gripes it would be that we had an issue with the power cutting off multiple times in its own. It was a quick fix with a flip of a switch in the breaker panel that was in the room. We did loose internet the entire last night there, so cozying up late at night before bed with the wife to watch shows/movies in the provided TVs with built in Netflix, Hulu etc
 didn’t really happen. And if you go during a peak time of the season. Parking sucks, depending on the time of day. Which is pretty much any time after 10am. And parking is only Main Street for this location. Other than those items, which really wasn’t the end of the world, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely consider utilizing this place again for sure!

Charming apartment on Main St.

Charming apartment on Main St., complete with claw foot tub and private deck with hot tub. Loved that we didn't have to drive anywhere once we arrived. Looked exactly like the pictures.

Weekend Getaway

Excellent location - can't get any better. The place was perfect for us (2 adults). Very cozy bed, great hot tub! Parking in the back of the property was perfect. We would definitely rent again. Only downfalls and just a heads up to others: the bed is very tall so if you are short, have joint issues, or older you need to be aware of this and use the steps to get into the bed. Not a fan of the tub/shower, but that's just personal preference, and lastly the stairs on the back deck - these are VERY tricky and you have to be very careful going up or down (spiral staircase). But this is a great property!

Perfect stay!

Beautiful! Just as pictured. Close to everything! Parking is on the street and as available. We had to park about a block away and walk but it wasn’t bad. Can’t wait to come back and would definitely stay here again! Bring a hair dryer as it did not have one.
