Perfect stay for a girls weekend. Close to downtown but we Uber’d everywhere anyway (super cheap rides) too hot in Texas to walk! Pool was amazing! Kitchen had everything we needed. Enough parking for three cars but more could definitely fit. Would definitely recommend!

Girls weekend (40th birthday celebration)

Upstairs AC unit was not working upon arrival. Property manager was quick to respond to our text saying someone would be sent to check it out, but the issue was never resolved and the unit had to remain off throughout the duration of our stay. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the proximity to walkable Main Street. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely NYE Stay

We stayed here for New Years Eve and had a wonderful time. The house was very well layed out and comfortable with everything we needed. It was even decorated for Christmas!The hosts communication was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool as well as the short 8 minute walk to the Main Street. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat.

Totally Wowed!

Not going to lie . . . Levi Kelly's review of Njem Haus solidified our decision to book this space one year in advance for our Niece's wedding event. Not only were we celebrating a new event, but we were also celebrating the bringing together of family. Njem Haus truly offered us a place to make memories! #1 . . . the host and her team were welcoming and fabulous! The welcoming details big and small . . . thoughtful and mindful. The space . . . mindblowing spectacular! The photography, the textures and layers of wow, the gathering space and pool area are unbelievable. We thoroughly were embraced in the aesthetic. The location . . . close to everywhere we wanted to be. Thankful for the opportunity to experience such a well-conceived oasis.

Beautiful house, great location

My entire family (parents, sisters, nephews) got together for a weekend retreat and could not have chosen a better house. It was the right size for our group and the pool and patio were excellent gathering spots. The house is extremely walkable to Main St., museums and wineries. We'd love to come back, whether with family, friends or others!

If you plan on using the pool for a day, it’s great, and the location is great. You can probably get more for your money a little further from town, but if you want a place with a pool on the strip, this is the spot.

A Hot Christmas

We stayed in the pool the whole time. It was 87 degrees on Christmas. House was decorated for Christmas it made it seem so homey. Usually I have to drag all my stuff from home having the grandkids with us. We were at a dead end so there wasn’t a lot of traffic. Very quiet!!

Beautiful home, great pool

This house was perfect for our family stay. We had 6 adults, 1 infant, and 2 kids, and were incredibly comfortable. House is an easy walk to Main St for when you want to go into town, and the pool is great for when you want to stay put. The owner and property manager were super easy to get in touch with and helped us when needed.

Second stay and it was just as great as last time!

This was our second stay at Njem Haus and it is our favorite place in Fredericksburg! Nnene went the extra mile and it shows! Everything has been thought through and it is a very comfortable. Nnene is a very accommodating host and is always reachable and happy to help. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 girls and this place was perfect. So spacious and comfortable. The location was perfectly close to Main but far enough to enjoy privacy. Owner was highly accessible the entire time. Only one advice to the owner, fix the door to the bathroom/laundry room. It’s so noisy and wakes everyone up lol thanks again!!

Best house in Fredericksburg!

We’ve stayed in many houses around Fredericksburg and this was the best house for us by far. Great amenities and a very livable, comfortable house. It is decorated beautifully and it was hard for us to leave. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very accommodating! Coming back in three months for another stay!

Incredible , luxurious home

We stayed at this house for 48hrs as a little staycation with family the weekend after Thanksgiving. It was absolute perfection and gave us beautiful memories. Can’t wait to stay here again sometime.
