Our first room hadnât been cleaned and the shower was still running at 7PM. Garbage bags were in the hall but with no cleaning team in sight. The sheets from the second room pull-out bed were stained and the side tables hadnât been dusted in n a long while. We went to relax in the pool and it as so full of flies that it wasnât pleasant. Since it was completely clean this morning, I guess the person working this morning did his job better than the guy playing on his phone yesterday.
It is a shame because the facilities are wonderful. The rooms are beautiful and surprisingly well equipped. The breakfast was perfect and the gym is very well equipped. Everything was well thought of. It is a shame the people hired to clean and keep up the facilities are not doing their jobs.
The additional billing when checking in was not the incidentals but the payment balance and this caused a problem with my second room not being put on my card instead of theirs. I wish this would have been more clearly explained.
Besides this, the place and service was fantastic.
I had to stay here due to repair work on my home. The place was clean, a great size, and great amenities. I would have given it a 5 star but the water pressure in the shower is very poor, leading to a very disappointing shower and a workout to get the shampoo and conditioner out of your hair. May sound like a small detail, but it was that low of water pressure. This was the first time I have stayed in a keyless, no staff on sight hotel, but they did respond quickly through automative response.
I like the ease of the mobile check in. The hotel smelled fresh and clean, as was the room. I like the studio atmosphere with the kitchen and living room separate from the bedroom.
This hotel worked well for our family of 5. We didnât take advantage of the kitchen or laundry due to our short stay, but it would be nice for a longer visit. This was our first time at a fully automated hotel, but everything was very smooth. Weâd definitely stay here again!
Be aware that it is fully automated. Youâll have to download an app to get your key. Thatâs not a big deal but there were multiple issues, several hours after downloaded the key stopped working. Had to call a âproperty numberâ and leave a message. Got no response until 20 minutes later, once I had already figured out how to get a manual key myself and got in My room, I heard a knock at my door. Ten minutes later got a text saying a security guard was at my door to see if Iâd gotten in my room. Total time from time key stopped working until security guard came was 45 minutes. Also the breakfast is a five minute car ride which is fine but I couldnât find anywhere or get a person to actually tell me where to go for the breakfast - had to drive around for 15 minutes after searching the actual hotel first.

Hot water in shower is only lukewarm. TV kept âgoing outâ where the screen went bank for several minutes at a time.
On the positive - large room, very clean, comfortable bed. Coffee and kitchen available in room. Plenty of towels, blankets. The breakfast was standard but good.
Parking and location were great! Room was large and open which made it seem even larger.
Only complain during this trip was bed was too hard causing some aches & pains.
Breakfast was good as usual!
First time at a staff-less hotel. Felt very new and clean. 10 minute or so drive to downtown Fburg. Family of four felt very comfortable. Didnât bother with the clubhouse or amenities, as they were a short drive away from actual hotel. Great location close to lots of food and nice grocery store. Beds were extremely comfortable. Will absolutely stay again!
