location of property is what makes this a nice stay and friendliness of staff too. Needs updating to eliminate mold seen around base boards and musty smell some of our traveling friends will no longer stay there from impact in allergies and mold.

Sunday House was a perfect base for our visit to Fredericksburg. We could easily walk everywhere we wanted to go: museum, restaurants, tasting rooms, shops, etc. Older property but very clean and well maintained, lovely pool area, comfortable bed. We stayed in the back building which was really quiet. We would stay here again.
