The breakfast is better compared to many other hotels in the same categories. Their service was excellent, i.e. the check-in was quick and smooth, food was refilled right away; the quality of the food (breakfast) was very good and fresh. I highly recommend the Wine Country hotel.

Pay the extra, stay somewhere else.

I'm disabled, as is my wife, reserved ADA room. Got regular room. Bed was horrible. We left after 1 night instead of staying the 2 nights I paid for (non-refundable due to ADA) wouldn't recommend.

Solo Trip

My trip was essentially an overnight stay, so I didn’t get too in-depth as I was out of my room most of the time, but overall I had a good experience here. Check in/out was a smooth process. There was breakfast provided, but I skipped out due to an event. It was a moderate-to-good stay and would consider them again if I found myself in the area. Not very far from Main Street Fredericksburg where everything is. Decent price the one night.

The air conditioner did not work properly. We turned it to fan and it was very, very cold. Ended up, turning it off. Our room was too close to the elevator and it dinged all morning. Not much of a of breakfast.

This little inn is an older facility that has been well--preserved. The staff is lovely and very helpful. The location is near a main road and is a little loud. No frills little inn, but very clean, tidy, and the friendly staff make up for it. Also -- very comfortable pillows. We had a lovely time.

I was so disappointed with this property. Especially because it had high ratings on Expedia (8.2 stars and “very good”). I paid $190 which was for sure cheaper than the other places around there but they really proved the old saying that “you get what you pay for”. It smelled bad the decorations were nothing short of hostile-style. Front desk person was obviously unhappy and the list goes on. I actually ended up not even staying there because I felt so uncomfortable there.

Dried sperm on the bed!!! Avoid this place

I will never in 100 years stay here again or recommend it to anybody. It’s started off smooth. They called me the day of to confirm. I check in and at first glance it’s your typical hotel set up in this price range. No frills kinda spot. When we went to shower we found the towels had stains all over them. Brown stains. The heat/ AC unit was ungodly loud. The the absolute nastiest thing I’ve ever found in any hotel uber ever stayed at. There was dried up sperm on the bed. Yes male semen was on the blanket. Are you kidding me!!!! We had to toss the blanket which meant we froze all night on a bed that made all kinds of noises every time you shift. After finding what we found we didn’t trust the rest of the room so we got zero sleep. There’s also no water. I had to sneak into the breakfast area at 2am to get water cause I was so thirsty. Unless you want to sleep in somebody’s dna I would highly avoid this place.
