I have been a guest here several times and was always happy with the accomodations and service, as well as the food. When I was here in September, I was pleased to see the upgrading of the hallways. This visit was remarkably disappointing on a number of points. Upon making my reservations, I requested rooms on the ground level, near an entrance as my mother, who is 97 and uses a cane, would have trouble with stairs and long walks. We were given rooms 137 and 139, which required a rather lengthy walk from entrance E, which also has no handicap parking. We had requested maid service for the room prior to 8pm the night before, via phone, and the next morning there were no fresh towels, soap, or lotion. All they did was turn off the heat so we returned to a cold, Unser iced room. I went to the desk to ask for towels, soap, and lotion around 4pm and two visits to the desk later, I had them by 10:30. The front desk clerks at night were often no where to be found. At each stay, we have enjoyed meals at the restaurant. This last trip, I ordered the half rack of ribs. I was served something that had two actual ribs with meat and the rest was a slab of fat in barbeque sauce. I realize that the halls full of unsupervised and poorly behaved children is not the fault of the hotel and is likely why the pool smelled like a urinal. Seeing that my last visit was a full month ago, you can imagine my shock at how much things had declined As I have to come to Fredericton often, t Inn has becom.

first time staying here. room very clean and bright and up to date with lots of plugs including usb and a wireless charger option on the alarm clock. Was very happy to have the option to enter our room from the interior hall or the outside door with our car parked directly outside. It snowed in the morning and they were out clearing the sidewalk early enough to make leaving safe but not so early as to wake us up. Would stay again.

Worst experience of hotel so far, my sole purpose of the visit was to relax and sleep but the hotel had some other plans, I was looking forward to take a couple hot baths in the bathtub so when I got my room with standup showers, I requested for a room change right away but they had ran out of rooms with bathtubs, so first night my room was close to other rooms of kids who were here for a sporting event, they decided to ding ding ditch for a few hours in the night three times they knocked on my doors for fun. Second night my opposite room neighbours thought it was a good idea to throw a party, they had kids crying out loud, men and women talking on full volume, I called the front desk to ask them to take care of the situation, they did nothing. The party kept going on and I couldn’t sleep due to loud noise. Not to mention, the fans or ACs have been disconnected for the whole season so can’t have any air movement in the room and water pressure was too low as well can’t have a proper shower in their bathrooms. Do not recommend this hotel terrible experience.
