I was not impressed when I asked for a late checkout and was told that it would be ~$58 plus tax. I said to the person at the front desk that I didn't think this was appropriate, especially considering the hotel would be emptying out as the large conference was ending that day. She stated that she doesn't make the rules. I declined to check out late and saved my $.

I loved my week-long stay and will stay again. There are only a few ‘cons’ to be aware of. There were no towel racks in my bathroom, only one robe/towel hook for a room that sleeps four. The bathroom itself was nice and bright and appeared to be quite new so it also surprised me that the shower/tub didn’t have a modern hand-held unit. The shower head was very high so a ‘vertically challenged’ person might not be able to reach it. Also, the quality of the toilet paper was horrific. For a Hilton it was quite shocking. I went to a Shoppers Drug Mart to buy my own. However, having said all of this, I would definitely stay here again. These are minor things (other than the high shower head!) that once one knows about them one can make adjustments. The staff were incredible, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the Keurig/fridge/ironing board/hangers - excellent.
