Room was clean but very tired looking. Drawers needed to be held shut by placing paper between drawers. There was the smell of pot which may have come from the room next door. Front desk clerk was friendly.

You can tell someone is trying to bring this old motel back to life. It was clean and there were some newer features in the room, the douvet needed a cover, but everything was clean. In my room, the door bolt didnt work. It was there and functioned, but the part in the door jam didnt have a hole for the bolt. The little flip lock was also broken in my room, one good push and it was coming off. The lack of safety on the door didnt help me feel super safe. The parking lot was clean and well lit, as were the hallways to the rooms. If the security of the room it self was fixed the rating would be higher.

The pics are deceiving. It’s not on a Marina. You get views of the parking lot on both sides. The extra pillows we got had food and hair on them. There was visible dirt and on the floors and surfaces. The furniture was old and worn. Light fixtures had rust on them. Overall it just felt gross. The proximity to the concert we were attending was worth it but I would not stay here again. There is a reason it’s significantly cheaper than the other hotels in the area.

The hotel was so close to being great, stayed here to attend Ryder Cup - few things needed attention. Only provided 3 pillows and 1 blanket - would of loved some extras. Shower door was a bit rickety - easy fix, the shower handle was missing but still able to use- it again easy fix. Facilities were clean, they replaced carpet with nice vinyl, lots of storage, easy parking, nice mattress and clean bedding. would definitely stay again

Motel is in tough shape and did not look like the pictures. We felt very unsafe. The lobby staff wait behind bullet proof glass. The room doors barely lock with worn frames and could easily be knocked in. There was also no smoke alarm in our room. After paying for a room, we felt too unsafe and did not stay. Ended up paying for another room at a different hotel.

It suited the purpose for the one night we were scheduled to be in the area, and offered good value for the price. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking lot is large, and we were able to pick our spot. Checking in and out was a smooth process.

The room was very nice. The room was quiet. It was recently updated, so everything was bright. No carpet in the room made it very pleasant. The water pressure in the shower was great.

Local residences appeared to be living there. A family was playing in the parking lot. My wife didn't feel save upon arrival. Pillows were not that good.

The place is in the worst part of Freeport. Front desk is behind bulletproof glass and they make you sign a waiver that they are not responsible if you get robbed. My room had no deadbolt, hair in the bed, and no number on the door. I forgot my key in my room and when I went to the front desk, the guy (who had never seen me before) gave it to me without asking for ID or anything. Absolute slum, more like a pay by the hour motel than an actual nice place to stay. Looks nothing like the pictures, customers beware!
