Room had a weird smell. Two outlets didn’t work. Coffee was HORRIBLE. Bed was so uncomfortable and pillows so flat.

Barking dog

The room next to us had a dog in it that was not a service dog and it barked till past 11 o’clock. I will say when I went up front to complain about it they did call them right away to take care of it but then right away at 6:30 the next morning, the dog was barking again

Need to get rid of the satellite system it kept going out in a light rain and the aftermarket remote controls only work within 3 ft of the tv. Otherwise it was a nice clean place.

Expedia screwed up the itinerary dates then hotel refused to work with Expedia to adjust the dates. I’m spreading far and wide how bad the hotel is and I’m never using Expedia again! Customer service is non existent. F-

The place was clean, but clearly showing its age. While a nonsmoking room, it was clear that it had not always been; not uncommon and there doesn't appear to be much that can be done about it. It was conveniently located within walking distance to several restaurants and a short drive to others.
