Don’t understand the check in process. Arrived at 2:40pm. Very nice gentleman was the only one at the front counter with line of over 8 people. Waited easily over 30 minutes to get checked in. There’s a desk behind the counter computer and there was a lady with platinum short hair that was just sitting there looking at all of us waiting… Not sure if she was the manager but she could have easily stepped in to help out of common courtesy. The check in office was hot and smelly and to top it off the elevator was not working. Not a pleasant way to welcome a customer. The ushers did offer us cold water and asked if they wanted to carry our luggage up. Don’t think I’ll come back to this location.

Well situated in the heart of Old Town Clovis, the Cole is within an easy stroll of many restaurants, pubs, lounges, as well as a variety of other retail establishments. The staff is friendly, respectful of your privacy and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable, clean and comfortably sized. A good deal for the cost.
