Not great not horrible

$7 parking fee was not disclosed when I booked the hotel. Bathroom had hair all over the shower and floor (not mine). Lots of homeless people in the area. As we drove towards property we watched a homeless person defecate in the nearby bush. Front desk wasn’t the friendliest. I would probably not stay there again

The room was clean, cool, and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The receptionist recommended that we turn in our rental car at the airport the night before our flight due to our early morning flight the next day. She arranged for a shuttle to pick us up at the airport when we returned the car and for a shuttle to take us to the airport the next morning. She recommended places to shop and eat. Very accomodating.

I needed a clean, safe hotel for the night before my 6am flight the following morning. It's close to the airport and they have an airport shuttle. Although I needed to return my rental car so I didn't use it but an acquaintance did. They offer a breakfast bar of some sort in the morning too, but my early flight prevented me from indulging.

When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that our room had a leak and they’re fully booked and that they’ll have to put us in a sister hotel 15 mins away. They moved us to a smaller and older hotel farther from the airport. We intentionally booked a hotel close to the airport. I’m disappointed that even though the room was prepaid they did not accommodate us.

Older hotel, but clean. We had been on a 2 week road trip, we were flying out of Fresno and I was as so sick that day, they let us check in super early and the staff was unbelievably so nice! Customer service means everything, so thank you to the staff!
