Skip breakfast on second day. Dry and flavorless. Coffee and bagels are the only good options. This is a nice hotel for the price but it is understaffed unfortunately. Our sofabed had no sheets and found a piece of woodstick when unfolded. There were no bodywash at all so we had to skip shower on our one night stayed (I know I could call lobby and get it but we were almost at check out time. Little details due to understaffing.

Key card is always not working, we can’t watch tv always can’t connect to the server. We stayed for 4 days and breakfast is the same every day.

Staff was great. Room is spotless. Best hotel bed I’ve been on. The only reason I didn’t give it five stars is because we booked this specifically for having a hot tub and the hot tub is not working

The staff was amazing and assisting. The dryers were out of order and we didn’t know it, the staff told us to bring our stuff down and would have house keeping handle it for us. When we got our laundry back, the staff went as far as folding the laundry for us. Hotel was very quiet and bed was comfortable.

This is an outdated holiday inn. Even though the hotel did upgrades to look like an holiday inn, however you can tell it is outdated if that makes sense. The paint on walls have been painted over so much it looks bad, plumbing is Mickey Mouse. When I turn the faucet on the whole thing came out of the wall. There was stains on the walls, bathroom had hair left in the shower (private hairs), I felt like I was at a hotel where you pay for the hour. The couch folded out to a bed and there was stains all over with no mattress cover. The front desk moved us rooms really fast and was super nice and helpful. The next room was so much better, cleaner and smelled better. This couch still had no cover but thankfully no stains. We booked this room for the hot tub and it was not working. I had checked site before and it didn’t state it was out of service. When I asked the front desk he said owner decided not to fix it cause it is cold. So this tells me this is a franchise holiday inn not a real one. I can tell right away just by how it looked

Checking in/ out was smooth and fast. However, despite our reservations made indicated the number of people, the room was not prepared ahead for us with enough towels and bedsheet for the sofa sleeper. We had to inquire the front desk to obtain the necessary towels and bedsheets. Also the sofa sleeper is very uncomfortable with unsupported cushions and springs despite we are small /light weight people. This resulted in back hurt for couple of us who used the sofa sleeper. Breakfast was food and sufficient and clean area.

Nice location, your choice of shops to walk or drive too. Staff was really friendly. I quess there is quite abit of construction going on in the back of Holiday Inn, and there was lots of trash in the back parking lot. But other than that it was,a great stay. Thank You
