Clean, convenient, courteous, and quiet. Don't be fooled by the fading exterior, and some of the outdated interior features (like a courtesy phone in the bathroom), this motel is a gem.

For a convenient stay while traveling from Fresno airport this is an ok place. The hotel does not have an elevator, so taking luggage up and down the stair is a pain. I was never able to reach the front desk to schedule my departure shuttle, which was concerning. I spent 15 minutes of my 3:00 a.m. tome trying to call. I finally finished packing and headed downstairs. The front desk said, "oh, someone turned off the ringer"! Be sure you schedule the shuttle before going to bed! The shuttle driver was very kind and helpful. Upon my arrival back at 1:30 a.m. I had the same trouble calling for the shuttle. But once he arrived all was well and he actually dropped my off right at my car and loaded my suitcase into my car. Hooray for the shuttle drivers!!

It’s an older hotel, floors creek, we thought someone was walking in our room during the night, and we were on top floor but the floors creek really bad. We couldn’t get in our room the last two nights because there was no maintenance and the battery in lock needed to be replaced. They were booked so couldn’t get a room on second floor only first and we would have heard someone walking over our head all night. We booked because they had a pool and jacuzzi but it was beyond filthy, I Jean really, really bad, pool was totally green with leaves in it, Jacuzzi was just as bad. I’m uploading a picture from our room. Price wasn’t bad, so if you really need to save money, this would be an option. Beds were comfortable.

We arrived at Fresno airport 2am with a 2yr old ,shuttle dropped us off for the entire two weeks . I was told my reservation was cancelled due to us no paying g for our hotel in advance and someone else who needed room paid at sight

Sweating in my room

Air conditioner is terrible. It literally doesn’t cool the room and I received an icy response from the front desk when I inquired about it. Hallway to my room smelled like a wet diaper. On a positive note, it was quiet and the room was clean. I probably won’t stay here again, if I’m being honest.
