The floors were extremely dirty and when I talked to staff about it, he seemed like he didn’t care at all, he’s response was “I look in to it” and that’s it he dismissed me, he did not want to look at the pictures I took. The costumer service is not the same, I’ve been making reservations here for a while and today was a very bad experience, and I will not stay at this hotel anymore on my trips to Fresno.

Overall place is not bad, just one of the blankets we got for a bed was dirty but it wasn't really a problem since we just pulled it out. Rooms were pretty clean for the most part except for that one blanket and the floor was a bit yucky.

Safe, secure and quiet

We arrived very very late, around 2:30am. I rang the bell at the service window and was greeted by a friendly gentleman. He got me checked in and informed me about when breakfast in the lobby would be available. Our room was clean and quiet and I really enjoy how you can park right outside your actual motel room. We felt safe and slept well. We would stay here again.
