The Space:

665 Newhaven is a one-bedroom, two-bath oceanview condo located in the Newhaven community on the north end of Fripp Island. Designed for up to two guests, this two-story condo offers a spacious layout, a private deck, and views of the ocean, pool, and Ocean Point Golf Course.



The main level features an open living and dining area with large glass doors that bring in natural light and provide views toward the water. The living room has comfortable seating and a TV, with direct access to the private deck. Outdoor seating makes the deck a convenient place to have coffee, read, or spend time outside while overlooking the surrounding area.



The kitchen is spacious and well equipped for a one-bedroom condo, with plenty of counter and cabinet space along with the cookware, dishes, and appliances needed to prepare meals during your stay. A bar area connects the kitchen with the living and dining spaces.



A full bathroom is located on the main level.



Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Two separate vanity areas provide additional space for getting ready. A washer and dryer are also available in the condo for guest use.



665 Newhaven overlooks the surrounding Ocean Point area, including the pool and portions of the golf course. The Newhaven community also has a landscaped central courtyard, shared grilling area, gazebo, and sundecks. A community elevator is available, and garage parking is provided for one vehicle.



Ocean Point Golf Course, the Ocean Point pool, and nearby dining are all close to the condo, making this a convenient location for guests who plan to use the amenities on the north end of the island.



Up to two Fripp Island Resort guest cards are included with your stay. Guest cards are required to access many Resort amenities, including pools, restaurants and bars, golf, pickleball, tennis, the fitness center, and other Resort facilities. Guest cards also provide access to discounted rates on golf and tennis.



The condo is stocked with a starter supply of basic items, including toilet paper and paper towels. Additional groceries and supplies can be purchased at Springtide Market & Deli near the entrance to the island.

Fripp Island is a private, gated barrier island located approximately 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina. The island offers 3.5 miles of beach, two golf courses, multiple pool complexes, tennis and pickleball courts, a marina, restaurants, walking and biking paths, and equipment rentals.



Wildlife is common throughout Fripp Island, including whitetail deer and a variety of coastal birds.



Please note that some Resort amenities and hours of operation vary by season.
