Great home

Warming, perfect for our family of 4, dog friendly, beautiful views of the marsh, quiet, welcoming. The only item I’d have to Nick pick - the grill needs to be replaced. It’s a safety hazard under the tree and the bottom is rusted out.

Perfect Spot!!

We stayed in this precious house for our first trip to Fripp Island. We didn’t know much about the island, but were pleasantly surprised by this property. The house was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (pots/pans, golf cart, etc.) and we loved the layout. The extra space up in the loft was really neat and the views from the back windows are more impressive than the pictures show. Although we didn’t know much about Fripp, we ended up liking our location more than any other options on the island. This neighborhood is close to the entrance to the island (which was really lovely after a long 4 hour drive to get there), close to the convenience store, a quick golf cart ride to the beach, and has a boardwalk across the marsh that offers spectacular views. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return for future vacations!

Plenty of Family Space

We had a wonderful time at this house. There is plenty of room for each family to have their own room and bathroom. My two-year old grands loved the golf cart rides and blowing bubbles off the back deck.

Perfect Home Away from Home!

My friends and I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is located on the beautiful marsh, with tons of windows to take in the view, and the interior truly is chic and lovely... then a short bike or cart ride gets you to multiple beach access points. We had several requests leading up to the trip and a couple hiccups upon arrival, but the property manager and island staff were extremely responsive and helpful, making our stay a perfect Fripp Island getaway!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home. Open floor plan. A lot of windows. Bedrooms downstairs worked great for us old folks. Spacious bedroom upstairs. We saw a buck outside in the marsh one morning. Peaceful location.

Cozy and fantastic view

The home was cozy and the view was fantastic! Every morning we looked out over the marsh from the lovely little deck off the kitchen and dining room. Though there were properties on the other side of the marsh, it really felt private and it was definitely quiet. Loved it!

Quiet/private pet friendly stay

Splash of Chic was in a quiet, private neighborhood slightly removed from the busy area of the island which was nice, and also only a quick golf cart ride to the beach and stores. Lots of wildlife around and very peaceful.

Roomy and Relaxing

This house had picturesque views of the marsh and plenty of room for all of our family members. The golf cart, beach toys and beach chairs were so convenient. It was great not to have to pack these items. We enjoyed our stay. We’ll be back.

Beautifully renovated and quiet

The property is clean and well-maintained. The owner Katie was very responsive. Pros: Clean, quiet, well-stocked kitchen for light cooking ****golf cart included in stay (which helped with the distance from the beach)**** Fripp Island is beautiful, and it was not crowded while we were there. Cons: Property says accepts pets, but we were asked to leave our pets (an 8-lb dog and a 12 lb. dog) at home which required me to make other arrangements for pet care. *****This property does not come with club cards or an option to purchase them since the owners are not club members. This means you cannot eat on the island. You cannot rent bikes or kayaks on the island, and you cannot visit the community pools. This is a BIG bummer. Since I have not vacationed at Fripp before, I did not know what a big deal this would be.

Amazing time on Fripp Island!

We loved our time at this property! The beauty of Fripp Island blew us away with the wide and quiet beaches, abundant wildlife, and nice bike trails. The property is wonderful and we really enjoyed the views overlooking the marsh. The inside of the home is beautiful and has a great beach feel. We cooked in the kitchen quite a bit. Access to the golf cart was a definite bonus! Katie was great to work with and we hope to return to Fripp Island again soon!

Clean, Comfortable, Great Location

While not luxurious, the house was very clean and comfortable. For marsh lovers, the views could not be beat! Beds were comfortable and linens great. Owner was a pleasure to work with. Would recommend!
