First Class Fripp

To start, I am an experienced traveler and have stayed on Fripp many times. The host, Andrea, was responsive and friendly. The house is stocked, you literally need nothing but your cloths. Location is perfect on the Tee 3 minute walk to the beach. 15 years of Fripp this is the best house and host we've visited. I would give it 6 stars if I could. This is a gem on Fripp!!!

Family Fun

This house was booked by special request from our daughters who love it. We love the layout of the house and the location. The bonus this year was the fenced in backyard. What an awesome addition! The golf carts, ping pong table, and spacious layout offered a comfortable, enjoyable, and fun stay! They have already asked if we can stay there next year! We sure hope so!

True Southern Hospitality

We have been fortunate to stay in many lovely and luxurious beach homes but none felt as welcoming as Tabby on the Tee. No small detail has been overlooked in creating a feel of a place that is more a home than a rental property. The owners have obviously put a great deal of thought into making their guests comfortable with inclusions such as 2 golf carts, a good number of bikes, many chairs and beach towels, The kitchen is stocked for serious cooking with excellent knives and pots and pans - 2 things often neglected in my experience. We enjoyed the home’s quiet location and spending time on the back porch watching a wide variety of wildlife - as well as the golfers teeing off on the 8 th hole. Communication with the owners was excellent and they clearly wanted to ensure we had a wonder stay in their home.

Tabby Perfection

This home is beautifully appointed. The kitchen has everything you need. The bedrooms are spread out so everyone has privacy. The view from back decks offer lovely deer and birds to watch. I think a good nights sleep is priceless. You get that here. Awesome golf carts to use and everything beach related. Our family made wonderful memories. Very safe environment and our dog Cady made friends with a young deer. I can’t say enough about how clean and perfect this home is. We will be back.

Beautiful home and location

The home is beautiful and well maintained! It’s spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the location on the golf course and the gorgeous view and it’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped. The downstairs bedroom and game room was perfect for our 9,6 and 3 year old grandchildren to play and enjoy themselves. We had a wonderful time together. The owner of the home was very kind, helpful, and always available for any questions we had.

Tabby and Me on the Tee

What an amazing stay in an absolutely amazing property in the best location! The owners were very welcoming and provided great information from the very beginning. We had to extend a day and it was very working with the owner to make it happen. Everything in the house was great. Had an issue with a golf cart and maintenance was dispatched promptly and we were on the road! Couldn't have asked for a better location or host. Our team was extremely pleased!

Perfect Fripp Stay

We have been going to Fripp for 15 years and and stayed all over the island. Tabby on the Tee was the best house yet. The owners really thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. Although the house is right next to the golf course, it was very private. The new outdoor shower was a great and a hit with our crew. We like this location on the island because it is close to the best section of the beach and the beach access next to the house was convenient. We definitely plan to stay here again.

This is our third trip to Fripp Island and we loved this house. It was so open, airy, and cheerful! We had more space than we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed. The golf carts were a huge success! We enjoyed sitting on the back porch watching the wildlife. We used binoculars to get up close views. It was fabulous. The numerous bathrooms made life pleasant. The ping pong table was so much fun. We enjoyed the outdoor shower as well! All in all, we had a wonderful family vacay at Tabby on the Tee! A+

An amazing Oasis!!

This was by far the BEST experience we have ever had staying at a vacation property. The house was CLEAN and had EVERYTHING you could possibly need for your stay. Including every beach toy, fishing gear, chairs, coolers 2 golf carts!! The owners were WONDERFUL to work with. We celebrated our daughters birthday there, and were not able to transport a cake. When we arrived a cake was in the fridge, with ice cream in the freezer. A++++++ experience!!

A true escape with amenities

Our first trip to Fripp and it didn't disappoint, from the pools, golf courses, views, trails, wildlife, shops, and food. A great place to getaway but still have all the perks! The communication was prompt & full of helpful tips for everything you could need or want while staying here. We had a large group with adults & kids, the accommodations were perfect! This host has thought of everything to make your vacation a success without having to pack all the extras. Highly recommend!!!

Great house for families with kids!

We had such a fun time staying here! We had two families with 7 kids total. The house was absolutely perfect, even on a rainy day we had plenty of space to spread out, and the kids loved the game room, we never heard the “bored” word once! It was really well stocked with everything we needed and then some! Great location to the beach, enough room on the golf carts for everyone, comfortable beds, I could go on! I would definitely stay here again!

Super Vacation Home and Hosts

Our family had a wonderful time in this magnificent home! The location was appealing with the short walk to the beach, and view from the large windows of the golf course and roaming deer. From the day we booked, the owners made sure we had all the info we needed to have a great time in their home and surrounding areas. This house has many extras- beach gear, bikes, golf carts, game room, stocked kitchen, extra refrigerator, 2 lg TVs, grill, large comfy furniture.... Note- there are several flights of stairs in this house, but there's a first floor Master with walk-in shower. We highly recommend "Tabby on the Tee"!

Beautiful house on a beautiful island!

Wow! What a beautiful home. It was so clean and comfortable. Our first time to the island and we loved it. This home has a lot of extras! Lots of bikes, extra towels, kitchen supplies, and beach gear. Communication with the owner was superb. I could go on. Just book the home and check it out for yourself!

Amazing Vacation - A 'Lil Slice of Heaven!

Wow - what an incredible home and vacation! My family and I had the most memorable experience and it was largely in part to the incredibly generous and thoughtful home owners. The attention to detail, professionalism, clear and prompt communication, spacious home, and overall experience was outstanding. We absolutely loved staying at Tabby on the Tee. The house was beautiful, well equipped for our family of four, and in a wonderful location on the island. We loved having access to all the beach accessories (chairs, towels, boards, umbrellas, etc.) and the golf cart, and were delighted by the incredibly short walk to a great beach access point just across the road. We would absolutely stay in this home again, and appreciated Tracy's quick responses to questions and excellent recommendations for local restaurants and shops. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Relaxation

The house is aesthetically pleasing as you drive up the driveway. Nice green grass contrasts the tabby exterior of the home. The house feels a lot bigger due to the high ceilings and it creates a great ambience for just hanging out. Coffee on the porch each morning with the company of deer was surreal. The kids enjoyed the video games, ping pong and ginga. The majority of the time the kids rode bikes all over the island and it was nice to have a stylish multi passenger golf cart. Our host Tracy went above and beyond. I can’t believe they made their belongings available to us. If you stay please treat their home with tenderness and love. They are very kind to offer it up to strangers.
