The host and Pinnacle were very responsive.The good:- the beds and bedrooms were very comfortable- the neighborhood is very pretty- great viewsThe not so good:- the hot tub was not serviced before we got there. It had a bad smell and I tested it with a test strip from home and it had no bromine. I texted with the problems and was told it was drained and refilled that day. No way I said, so they sent someone out the next day and then the hot tub tech said the spigot was frozen. So then Pinnacle sent maintenance out to fix the spigot, but they reported it was NOT frozen and it had heat tape. So then the next day someone from the hot tub company actually came out and serviced the tub. So we only got to use the hot tub once and spent quite a bit of time trying to make sure it was safe to use. Pinnacle did not offer any compensation for my time and not being able to use the tub most of the time- So because I was sore from skiing, I took a hot bath. Thats when we discovered the hot water tank is undersized. It is only 50 gallons, so if you want a hot shower in a party of 6, you need to take turns. It takes about 90 minutes to recharge.We confirmed this with maintenance from Pinnacle. (We had three different maintenance visits and they were all very helpful and nice! )- The kitchen is undersized.- This is only if you are picky. The house is pretty beat up; I expect this from a rental though. It was clean, but could use a deep cleaning ( cobwebby)

The property was centrally located, beautiful views, nicely appointed and perfect for our group. We had mornings out on the porch and it was an easy walk to downtown Frisco. Older kids (29-33) enjoyed the jigsaw puzzles and the hot tub. Highly recommend this unit.

Ski weekend

Very well located next to the lake and very convenient to go skiing to different resorts like Breck, Keystone, Copper Mountain, Vail or Beaver Creek. We had a couple of problems with the firepit and the kitchen garbage disposal, but the communication with the property manager was good.

Frisco friend and family ski trip

Myself, a friend, my son and his friends all stayed in this property for our annual ski trip. We were able to drive to Copper everyday to go skiing. The condo was perfect, we enjoyed the hot tub and the well stocked kitchen. There were a couple very minor issues and my text messages were answered immediately. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Nice unit. Good Location. For the large number of beds, the dinning room table was small (seats 6). The Galley kitchen was small too. All the light switches were labeled, which was very cool. Check in and check out were very easy. Great communication with Host, who was very interested that we enjoy our stay.

Great Colorado Family Trip

This property has stunning views of the lake and mountains. We loved the floorplan which let everyone have space if they wanted it. We walked into Frisco every day. Great location between Copper, Breck, and Dillon. The manager was great in communication. We will definitely be back.

Great Location

This property is in a perfect location to get to any local ski resort or shopping. There is plenty of space to spread out and relax. When coming to the area again, this will be the top of our list.

The townhouse was perfect for our stay skiing all the surrounding mountains and located close to stores for our needs Two problems while staying were ran out of hot water one night after too many back to back shower. Hot Tub area needed to be cleared of snow and ice as it was very dangerous getting in and out Thanks for the stay

Would stay here again!

Overall a great stay! There was plenty of space and the listing was accurate. We needed a sink drain repair while there and the maintenance came within a few hours of sending a message to fix the issue. The only issue we had was there were a few dirty dishes placed in the cabinet. We just rewashed them and enjoyed the rest of our stay. We would stay here again!

January 2024 - Friends Ski Trip

Property was in a great location for us as we love to ski in Breckenridge, but also love to ski other resorts close by and this location has easy access to I-70. It has a second living room area that was great for the kids to hang out in. Had to shovel a couple times to get out in the morning but to be fair it snowed quite a bit while we were there. We had a really nice stay.

There are times when some properties don’t live up to their billing but this place did. Well equipped, clean and great layout (unless you don’t want stairs). Super nice neighborhood as well with hiking / biking path at your door step.

Perfect location!

We had family in town, and wanted to get away to the mountains with our kayaks and paddleboards. We had 10 people total, and this was the perfect place! There was plenty of room, and the location was ideal! It was a quick 5 minute drive to Frisco Marina, and easy to get on the water. The location is also an easy walk to town! The townhouse was clean, well stocked and comfortable. We will definitely be back! Next time, we plan a winter ski season visit!

Clean, stocked, easy, close to Breck and downtown Frisco

Highly recommend! Superbly-stocked: kitchen had everything you could possibly need, plenty of towels/pillows/toilet paper, etc. Hottub was fantastic, location was fantastic, communication with property management company was fantastic. Everything was so easy and convenient!

Great stay

A couple minor issues and the property management team addressed them ASAP. Thank you. An FYI. Great condo. Loved the space and open kitchen. But of note. It’s not stocked for any sort of gourmet (that’s a strong word) cooking! Minimal equipment/utensils and I’ll leave it there. We made it work! The grill is great. Thankful for that. Only reason for less than 5 stars.
