Our 2nd time at this property. We love it! Very comfortable and a block off of Main Street, perfect for walking around downtown, to the lake, or to the bike path. Amazing view!!The elevator is fantastic to get your luggage, coolers upstairs but it’s a little cranky, we use it as little as possible. Also, furnishings seem a bit worn compared to last visit, needs a little TLC.

Needs some attention

Convenient location and was probably a beautiful property at one point but you can tell it’s been rented hard. The fireplace in the main room is broken and looks like it has been that way for some time (disappointing as it’s a highlighted feature). The condo was filthy with gum stuck to the floor, candy wrappers under the coffee table, dust everywhere. Floor boards are broken and lifted. Communication is AWFUL as they use a 3rd party call center that barely speaks English and doesn’t know the area or unit. Coffee machine had no pot (requested and got on 2nd morning). Dishes and glasses cracked and chipped. Parking passes were not left as promised. No street parking overnight (per town) and garage didn’t fit our rented suburban. There is a ceiling fan over a bunk bed that almost decapitated my son when he sat up. Check in is confusing with 3 separate entry codes needed for outer garage, inner garage and unit (and we weren’t ever given one of them). No refund or compensation was granted upon request except for the cleaning fee refund.

Central to everything, great provisions!

This condo has it all - 3 bedrooms that accommodated our family as well as two visiting family members, a hot tub to rest some weary muscles after a long day on the slopes, everything we could possibly need to prepare food in the kitchen, a separate tv room that lets those who want to watch something not completely take over the living room, gorgeous views outside, central location to walkable and drivable locations, and an indoor parking spot to boot. The only caveats we had were that the northwest bedroom has wood floors banking right up to the door to the uncovered balcony, and the water/snow infiltration has saturated and popped the planks that line right up to the door (would recommend just replacing this area with tile so that the water doesn’t continue infiltrating the wood T&G). There is some minor wear and tear with the paint finishes at the bathroom ceiling from condensation as well - which may be a sign that this has been a popular spot! And, the living room fireplace would start up, and shut itself off about 5minutes later. This is the second time we have stayed here - last time was probably ~4-5 years ago. We still love the location and all its provisions, so we just had to come back!

Unit was very nice, good size , ample seating in living room, dining area. Kitchen will appointed with utensils, hot tube very nice . Excellent location. Issue with improper codes provided on check in, none worked. Had to call vrbo nbr and they provided the codes for both exterior door/ garage code and actual unit code. Issue resolved but is something that should not occur. Other issue , main fireplace did not work and was not fixed during stay (disappointing). Several lights not working ( closets, kitchen bar, partial lights in 2 baths) not the end of the world, but make for an inconvenience and items easily correct

Alarm going off every 2 min. beep beep beep No response from mgmt. Finally disconnected it after a few hrs. Mstr bath drain problem, full bunk bed unsleepable, alarm problem. Major difficulty getting in unit and to use elevator. 3 different codes each time.

Excellent 3b/3b with glorious views. One block from Main Street and all the shops and restaurants you will need. Great kitchen for cooking. When we arrived the fireplaces weren't working but one phone call and someone arrived to fix. Also the night we got there the heat was not working in the master. Someone arrived that night, replaced the thermostat and problem fixed. Very comfortable and spacious. There is some road noise as 5th is a busy street for buses, trucks, and hot roads, but this did not bother us.

Lovely Property

This 3 bedroom condominium was one of the nicest properties I've ever stayed in with VRBO. It is located 1 block from charming downtown Frisco (restaurants, coffee, bars). The unit was very nicely appointed with nice toiletry items, plenty of extra towels, a well appointed kitchen, nice laundry room, extra pillows, and a media room with sheets for the couch. The hot tub was clean and had crystal clear water. Views to the west are off the charts. We stayed during the first week of October and found the place to be extremely quiet. In addition to the 3 master suites (almost unheard of), the unit has a media room with a table (in case you want to work), a couch, and a TV. Parking and getting to the unit requires a few codes, but it never discouraged us (I suggest adding all the code #'s on your phone for convenience). The place was absolutely worth it.

Right off Main Street Frisco, Co. and easy walk to several trailheads and Frisco marina. Lovely, comfortable property with plenty of space for everyone. Roomy, well equipped kitchen for family meals. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub.

Amazing!

We loved this property! The views from every room were incredible! It was so fun to be right off of Main Street, we walked everywhere. It was a perfect combination of being in the middle of the action but views of the mountain. It is right on 5th Street, didn’t realize that 5th was such a thoroughfare, on the bus route, etc, so quite a bit of traffic. It wasn’t bothersome, however. We loved this property and will definitely come back!

Location perfect as right by Main Street with many restaurants, ski rental and shops.

The property was nice. Our family of five (three teenagers) enjoyed all the amenities, especially hot tub. Hot tub area needed to be shoveled off and it would be great to have a DVD player. Location is perfect for going downtown, skiiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. Ubers were available too. We will be back to Frisco!

The condo was super easy to find, great parking situation in garage, and elevator to kitchen door just made everything easeful! The house was super clean and we thoroughly enjoyed the views from nearly every room in the house and especially from the back deck. Thanks for a great stay!

this condo is fantastic. amazing views. location is perfect. check in/rental company very easy to work with. only negative for our trip was blinds didn't work in one bedroom and local agents were unable to get them fixed during our stay. but, did not really impact our trip or overall satisfaction
