You won't want to leave this beautiful Colorado custom-built log home! 4,100 sq. ft. of living area over 3 floors means everyone has room for play. This log home has all the mountain touches and decorations that you envision for your Rocky Mountain Vacation.

The UPPER LEVEL has 3 bedrooms & 2 baths. A master family suite and spacious master bath boasts spectacular mountain views every morning! The open master bedroom welcomes you with a custom made aspen king log bed, a log day bed with trundle to cuddle the little ones and a 65 inch smart HDTV. The master bath with double vanity sink, soaking tub and walk-in steam shower with double shower heads can more than get you ready for the day or soothe your tired muscles at the end of a great powder day!

Also on this level, are two bedrooms both appointed with Queen size beds and handsomely decorated with mountain decor. The bedrooms share a full bath with a bathtub & shower.

The UPPER LIVING LEVEL is a private place for reading, working or just playing a round of checkers…Mt Royal is the perfect view for this lovely loft living space.

The MAIN LIVING LEVEL is where the gang will congregate and, who wouldn't! The Chef in your family will love the open and inviting gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 6 burner gas Thermador cooktop, double convection ovens and plenty of granite counter top space to accommodate helpers or spectators. The kitchen is fully stocked from cork screw to food processor...

In the DINING ROOM, there is plenty of seating for everyone at the 94 inch long dining table that can seat up to 10 and 5 more at the kitchen bar. After dinner, just walk right out to the large deck off the kitchen and enjoy the 6 person hot tub and soak the day away. Need to dry your towels for the next day? No problem... the laundry room is also on this level and it has lots of storage space for those coats and mittens.

The LOWER LIVING LEVEL is where the kids will want to hang out! A large entertainment room awaits them with an air hockey table and 65 inch smart HDTV. The comfy leather sofa and love seat with recliners will draw the adults to the room for the big game or a Netflix/DVD movie night! Enjoy some hot buttered popcorn in the microwave and grab an icy cold beverage from the mini-fridge...no walking up and down stairs for snacks!

Also on the lower level are two bedrooms and two full bathrooms conveniently located off the entertainment room. For the adults, a King size bed with 42 inch HDTV and a private full bathroom with double shower heads. For the kids, a bunk room that sleeps 5; one set of twin bunk beds, a Queen and twin bunk bed that will let the kids giggle and talk the night away in this fun room. The Jack & Jill bathroom houses a double vanity sink and walk-in double head shower!

In the OUTSIDE LIVING AREA, this log home features an enormous deck with views of Buffalo, Chief and Mt. Royal. Enjoy the starry nights from the 6 person hot tub while your clay Chimena warms those sitting at the dining table. The oversized heated 2-car garage features a ski racks, fishing pole holders, a deep freeze and a full sized beverage box.

We've done a dudes ski trip to the Rockies for about 15 years now and this was the best house in terms of central location to multiple ski resorts, being walking distance from restaurants, and house amenities (hot tub and kitchen).

The kids loved the game room downstairs, and the house was furnished very nicely. We also took advantage of walking distance into town. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time. It is a great location for skiing at Copper Mt, Breckenridge, or Vale. Downtown Frisco is just minutes away. The house is Wonderful! We had plenty of room and the kitchen is well stocked with everything that we needed (and then some). We all enjoyed the hot tub after a day of skiing. I truly can not say enough good things about the house. We will come back.

50th Anniversary Family Getaway

We stayed a week the Mount Royal lodge and had a great time. We were there to celebrate our parents’ 50th anniversary. The kids loved the game room and the bunk room for cousin sleepovers, and we all enjoyed the very well stocked and spacious kitchen. The large dining table inside and the large table on the deck outside gave plenty of seating for our group. The kids wanted to do a movie night one night and we had some issues with getting the set up going, but Annette was quick to communicate and help get it fixed. We all enjoyed having plenty of space to gather, but also plenty of separate spaces for sleeping. Highly recommended this property- it was so close to Frisco’s Main Street, but also right on the path to trails. Great location!

Great home in Frisco CO

This home is so well located. It is within walking distance to downtown Frisco, Dillon Reservoir and great hiking trails. The house itself is very well stocked with towels (hot tub and bath), linens, pillows, etc, and also pots/pans, dishes, cutlery and many kitchen staple items. Our family has a week getaway every summer and one of the kids in our group said that this was "the best house ever!" We loved our stay.

Great House- Excellent Location

We had a very nice stay for a week. We had six adults and five teenagers with plenty of room for everyone.The location of this property cannot be any better. The access to I70 and to all the ski hills in the area is unmatched. Walking distance to downtown Frisco.The house was well stocked, especially the kitchen. The heated garage is amazing.Great time. Highly recommend!RL

When we arrived the temp was set at 104 but it was only reading 80 degrees. I reached out to the home owner about this issues and her response was, "yes, the hot tub could be broken". I asked her if this was a new issue and she said "yes, it must have just broke". 2 days later 4 technicians show up to fix the hot tub. I asked if they knew about the broken hot tub and they said they have known it was broken for a few weeks.

Perfect Ski Getaway for Friends & Family!

Just spent an unforgettable week at this incredible Frisco ski house with my college roommates and our adult kids, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place! The location is unbeatable—super close to Copper, and A-Basin (ikon) or Breck (epic), keystone (Indy), making it easy to alternate different mountains. The house itself is beautifully appointed with plenty of space for all of us to relax.One of the highlights was the amazing kitchen—it has everything you need to cook up a fantastic après-ski meal, from an air fryer to crock pots to a fully stocked spice cabinet (a rare and much-appreciated touch in a rental!). After long days on the slopes, soaking in the private hot tub was pure perfection.The hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making this a true home away from home. Comfortable beds, cozy gathering spaces, and all the little extras made our stay seamless. We’re already talking about making this an annual tradition—highly recommend!

This spacious house had everything I hoped. Walk out on the front porch and you have a full view of the mountain that is practically across the street.The house is well equipped -- for example, the kitchen must have placesettings for 30. Spices. Cast iron. Abundant pots and pans. You could cook up a feast here.The mix of different types of bedroom spaces are perfect for a family... with a great bunk room for the kids, an nearby bedroom for whoever wants to be within earshot. A great Jack & Jill upstairs, and a very spacious master.I visited in the winter, but would love to make my way back some summer -- especially given the kayaks and mountain bikes calling my name in the garage.

Just as described. House is so nice. We have been happily renting VRBO's for decades, and this is the nicest one we have ever had. Annette, the owner was very helpful and responsive. If I have the opportunity, this home is the first one I would try for.
