House is bigger than it looks from the outside. It has plenty of room for gathering or for folks to do their own thing. The pool table was great. Loved bar area too. Even has a nice icemaker. A large storm hit us making the pool table and theater room even more valuable. Kitchen had all the things you need. Liked the double oven. Layout is not ideal for multiple people cooking. Bedrooms were all good sized and beds were comfortable. Place has a nice protected boat slip for my small CC. There is a boat launch just 100 yards away at Scotch Bonnet. Only issue we had was the checkout process. VACASA app said to leave the sheets on the beds, but the cleaning crew said we should have stripped the beds and gathered the towels. Overall, an excellent house for our annual guys fishing trip.

Great location, house was awesome!

Everything was just as described, beautiful accommodations for two couples to just relax and unwind! We fished off the dock and even caught a couple of crabs. Enjoyed the game room and movie theater. Clean comfortable beds. We hope to go back soon thanks again

Wonderful time on the sound. Short drive to the beach. Highly recommend Scoth Bonnet fudge, Gingerbread House bakery for pizza and cookies and the Sandbar grill. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Fabulous in Frisco

We really enjoyed our annual OBX trip at Reel ‘Em Inn. Very spacious clean house with 2 dinning rooms, large living room, theater room, sun room, laundry room, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a game room with a bar, sink, mini fridge, ice maker, pool table and air hockey. Every room had a flat screen tv with Roku. We didn’t use the Hot tub on the deck. The chlorine smell was very strong. Nice area under the house to sit and enjoy an out door bbq. Two nice kayaks hanging below the steps for renters to use. It was a little too windy and cold for that this year. The sunset view is blocked by brush across the waterway but there are some pretty views of the sound. You see a few small boats in and out of the canal not a lot of traffic. Pretty quiet with the occasional jumping fish and seagull call. Make sure you visit the Scotch’s Bonnet marina store. Yummy fudge and cute souvenirs. We are definitely renting again for next years trip!

Reeled Us IN!

What a great house with a great setup and great location for a great time. The listing is accurate but doesn't do justice to the renovations this house has seen! The media room and game room were huge hits during the Hurricane remnants and just about any time we weren't fishing. My wife caught a drum from the dock! Access to the Point and the Frisco beaches makes this a great house and a great location.

OBX 2022

We had another great trip to Frisco for our 2nd year in a row. First time with Vacasa though. We had a few little bumps but the group at Vacasa was great with communication and addressed our concerns immediately. Would definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to go back again!

Great Place!!

We enjoyed this property immensely! I was hoping for easier put ins for kayaks
 it was a bit awkward and more than one of us ended up in the sound
 the coffee situation is bad. The large pot stopped working and i hate keurig. The coffee mug handles dont insulate in the microwave and we burned our hands. Maybe they are old?? The shower handle fell off and the 2nd floor bathroom door doesnt lock. I would stay here again, but the coffee situation needs to be better. Kitchen is excellently appointed but could use a fillet knife. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Another FABULOUS year in Frisco!!!

We had such a great time last year that we hunted down the house after it changed owners- and we had an even BETTER time this year!! The house is always immaculate (hot tub too!!), the linens were already waiting for us, and when they say “fully furnished”, they MEAN IT. The bar with pool table & air hockey & theater room make sure that rainy days are a blessing. Ample rooms mean nobody has to struggle for their own space to relax, & being right on Scotch Bonnet canal means you can toss a line (or crab pot) right in & enjoy the views of the sound & marshes in the backyard. My sons enjoy the fast Wifi & messing with the hermit crabs on the boat ramp
& less than 5mins to several beach access points means jump in the car & we’re there. 😎 I never want to leave when I’m here. Thank you for having us again
 I’m looking forward to next year!!

I didn’t want to leave. Gorgeous.

Even with rain 3 days out of the week, we were perfectly happy!! Game room & movie theater are BIG perks. Jacuzzi on back deck was clean as a whistle, house was too- linens there waiting; only issues we had were the door code not being emailed & the weather- both resolved fairly quickly. The view from my room was breathtaking, same from the deck- just a tiny canal out to the ocean, private docks & boat ramp in out back with fish cleaning station. I can’t say enough here, this place is a FIND. I’ll be back, probably not soon enough.

Not worth the price

Place was not that clean. Half the lights didn't work. None of the TVs in bedrooms worked. TV in the pool table room would not even power on. TV in living room would not connect to wireless. Maintenance got it fixed but once turned off it would not connect again with PW left. Disposal didn't work to begin. They got that fixed. Not really worth what we paid for rental

Unit issues

Recent storm caused mold and mildew damage and smell throughout unit. No dryer. Various damages to windows. No window screens. No ground floor access as described. H Baseboard heating system did not work. Most TVs in bedrooms not wired into satellite system and did not work on wifi. Nice house in nice location in poor condition.

Great location

We really enjoyed our annual visit! This is a great property with a lot of fun things for the kids to do! The view was beautiful of the sound! The ONLY recommendation I have is to out a full length mirror somewhere... traveling with multiple teenage girls, a full length mirror would have been helpful! Ha!
