Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, wie schmutzig das Haus war.Waren wir die ersten Urlauber in diesem Jahr hier? Wir wollten den Kamin befeuert. Wäre sehr schlecht ausgegangen, da der Ofen innen verkleidet wurde und der Abzug abgedichtet ist.Warum bietet man das dann als Besonderheit an?Die Wendeltreppe, auf den Fotos sieht diese nicht so eng und schmal aus, ist nicht wirklich für große Leute geeignet. Eng und unheimlich steil. Die Kinder konnten darauf gut laufen. Bei Inbetriebnahme der Geschirrspülmaschine roch es in der Nähe dann nach Harn und Urin. Ist wohl nie sauber gemacht worden.Zum Ausschecken erhält man wohl jetzt eine Email. Vor Ort steht in der Beschreibung SMS.Ich habe darauf gewartet und finde dann zufällig die Nachricht. Beantwortet man sie dann zu spät wird wohl einfach behauptet man ist vom Reinigungsteam im Haus noch angetroffen worden. Dann erhält man einfach eine Rechnung für eine weitere Nacht, obwohl wir bereits 24 Stunden vor Ende der von uns gebuchten Zeit schon wieder zuhause waren. Hab ich so noch nie bei Novasol erlebt.Dieser Umstandführt, dass ich nicht mehr bei Novasol buchen werde.
