The epic game room is climate controlled so you can enjoy it all the time. Equipped with a pool table, ping-pong, pop-a-shot basketball, foosball, darts, and a Golden Tee arcade!!

Bring your bicycles and enjoy the lockable shed with a built in bike rack.

The space
Welcome to beautiful Fruita, Colorado! This new construction house is in a great location with a trail to town and a playground in the neighborhood. Enjoy the outdoors on the lovely porch swing and in the covered patio in the back yard.

Our house sleeps 8 people, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 3 twin beds and 1 futon bed.
WiFi is easy access and the tvs are smart tvs. There is a dvd and blue ray player also a gaming console.

The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and includes a supply of paper towels as well as dish detergent and cleaning supplies.

The large patio is fully covered and has dining for 6 plus seating around the fire table.

The bathrooms are stocked with plenty of towels and a starter supply of toilet paper and tissues.
