The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, and most of them spoke English which was an unexpected bonus to make my life a little easier. The room was huge with a comfy bed and pillows, and the shower was strong and hot. There is a Mt Fuji viewpoint on the roof but it was too cloudy to get a view while I was there so I can't speak for how good it is. Proximity to Fujisan Station is excellent, very convenient for travel options around Yamanashi and to Tokyo by both bus and train.

We stayed here the night before our Mt. Fuji trek. The hotel was everything we needed ! Super close to the train station where we caught the cab to 5th station/ where the bus drops you back. The beds were incredibly comfortable which was much needed after the trek! Would recommend staying here, only a 5 minute train ride to Kawaguchiko station

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the hotel and its staff. The complimentary items such as the pj’s, coffee, tea, soups and toiletries were an awesome addition. They even had hair straighteners and curling irons in case you forgot yours and a washer and dryer which came in so useful on a 14 day trip! The roof top balcony had an amazing view of Mt Fuji. We missed our cut off time for luggage transport while on an E-bike tour. The staff at the hotel drove us to the Yamato drop off station so our luggage could be on its way to our next destination.

In all honesty it’s a nice place. Modern, functional, good location, kind of…value wise, good call…..kinda think this area will develop…kawaguchiko is likely a better option….depends what your budget is and why you’re there.

Really convenient hotel—just a super short walk from the train station and tons of restaurants nearby (even though there’s no breakfast or in-house dining). The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji is amazing! There’s a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (one dryer was out of service during my stay), and detergent is free. Loved the little extras in the lobby—free coffee, tea, soup, and drawers with towels, PJs, and skincare packets. Each floor has a microwave and a hamper for used towels and PJs. Very comfy and practical!

Easy access to train station. There’s a breakfast and coffee place nearby too. Other than that there’s very little here which can be a good thing if you want to be away from extensive tourist activity.

Just steps away from the Mt. Fuji station and with direct views to Mt. Fuji itself a great location to stay. Comfortable clean rooms. The toilet however was shoved into a tiny cubicle which was uncomfortable to use. Very friendly staff.

Fantastic hotel with great view of Mt Fuji

Room is clean and very spacious. They offer self serve amenities and to top it all, it has a rooftop cafe which offers the best unobstructed view of Mt Fuji. recommend coming up there early in the morning.
