ホテル自体はとても快適でしたし、温泉もとても良かったです。ウェルカムドリンクの飲み放題サービスも良かったですし、ただ私がやっと取れたのが朝食付き夕飯無しのプランで夕飯をホテルで食べるにはバイキングしか空いて居なくて、宿泊プランの変更をしなければならないとのこと！ 翌朝もバイキングですし、同じ場所との事なのでプランの変更はやめました。 食材の無駄を出さないように予約客だけにしているのか他にもレストランは有るのにそこでは食べられませんでした。 外のお店に出掛けるには少し歩かなければならず、外もまだまだ暑いので、近くのコンビニで買って食べました。 フロントでは主人がチェックインをしたのですが、先ほどの夕飯無しのプランを変更しないとバイキング付きにはならないとの説明をしてくださった男性のスタッフさんが主人にとってはあまり印象が良くなかったようです。 私が接したお部屋まで案内をして下さった女性の方も朝のバイキングレストランで案内して下さったスタッフさんもとても応対は良かったです。 あと、部屋履きとして草履を履くようになっていますが私にとってはホントに歩きにくかったです。 浴衣を好きな柄とサイズで選ぶことができたり、作務衣も選べたりできたのはとても良かったと思いました。
