Funchal Holidays, near the beach - Lido View Calla

Lido View Calla is a 1-bedroom flat with a maximum capacity for 4 people, located in one of the most touristic hubs of Funchal, just a few minutes’ walk from the city’s coastal beaches. The property features surf, beach, and sea-inspired décor. The bedroom includes air conditioning, two beds, and a workspace, creating a peaceful environment with soft, harmonious tones. The spacious living room offers two distinct areas: a dining space and a sitting area with two sofas that convert into beds. The bathroom, equipped with a bath, is accessible from all areas. The fully equipped kitchen also provides a small dining area.

Private parking and Wi-Fi are available throughout the apartment.

AREA
The property is located in the one of the most tourist areas of the city. It is a few minutes walk from gardens, beaches and several services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, hairdressers, CTT and shopping centres. For beach lovers, there are different free and paid options very close to the property.
If you choose to explore the city centre, there is plenty of information about activities and tourist attractions to visit, both in Funchal and in the various places of Madeira Island.

PROPERTY RULES
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we ask that you observe a few simple rules.

• Smoking is not permitted inside the property. A fine of €300 will be charged for non-compliance.
• Parties or events are not permitted.
• Pets are not permitted.
• Please be considerate of your neighbours and keep noise levels down, especially at night.

The property may be equipped with a smart sensor (Minut) that monitors noise, smoke and temperature levels, solely for safety reasons. This system does not record conversations or collect personal data. Should abnormal levels be detected, a member of our team may contact you. You are not permitted to disable, cover or tamper this or any other equipment installed on the property.

In accordance with Portuguese law, all guests must present valid identification for registration purposes.

Municipal tourist tax (when applicable):
€2.00 per person/night for guests aged 13 and above, up to a maximum of 7 nights (€14.00 per person per stay). A payment link will be sent prior to arrival.

Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If it is not arranged at least 48 hours beforehand, check-in will be subject to our team’s availability.

Check-in: from 16:00 | Check-out: by 12:00
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional charge.

By confirming your reservation, all guests agree to our house rules and accommodation conditions.

OTHER NOTES
All bed linen and towels are provided. We can also provide, free of charge, a baby travel crib, high chair and baby bath upon request before check-in. Requests made less than 48 hours before arrival may be subject to an additional fee. All properties are equipped with a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and a fire blanket.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a mid-stay service is provided, including the replenishment of bed linen, towels and consumables only. This service is not included for shorter stays. Additional cleaning services during your stay are available on request at an extra charge.
