The house spreads across two floors with around 180 m² of living space. It features two cozy bedrooms plus a sofa bed in the living room, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. Two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washing machine provide extra convenience.
A true highlight is the expansive garden: around 3,500 m² are exclusively available to you, including a pool area, a terrace with dining space, a lounge corner, and your very own private pond – perfect for swimming in summer or even ice bathing in winter. The bright winter garden offers a cozy spot to relax all year round.
The house is also used by the owner and therefore has an authentic, slightly traditional character with some personal belongings. It’s not a sterile holiday rental, but a real home full of charm.
The location couldn’t be better: a Spar supermarket is just 500 meters away, reachable in about 7 minutes on foot. By car, you can reach Schönbrunn Palace in 20 minutes and Vienna’s city center (Schottentor) in around 40 minutes.
