We have 7 purpose built apartments all built and designed to enjoy the exceptional view overlooking the town of Lienz and surrounding mountains. Each apartment has a large balcony that you can sit out and comfortably eat on. The flats are all recently renovated. Each has 1 allocated parking space and use of the beautiful garden and swimming pool (seasonal) we also have a sauna. Fresh bread delivery daily.

Great Summer and winter location 1.9 km outside Lienz on a slight hill which gives a nice quiet stay on the edge of the town and provides breathtaking views. We are 900m from the Zettersfeld cable car station which is great for walks in summer and skiing in winter. There are 3 restaurants within easy walking distance.

Lienz is situated in the Southern Alps and is the sunniest town in Austria boasting Italian style weather which can be enjoyed summer and winter. In Winter the Zettersfeld provides high level family skiing at over 2100m the quiet sunny slopes are perfect for children and families. In the Summer people enjoy the swimming complex in the town and the 5 hectare swimming lake at Tristach just a few KM away the Drautal cycle path is also a large attraction where you can catch the train to Italy and follow the gentle 45km path downhill all the way back -leave your bike at the train station to be collected.

The apartments are all 1 bedroom however we have two types A and B
Type A- (50m2 plus balcony- 20m2) suitable for two adults and up to 2 children, these comprise of- lounge with kitchen and dining area, sofa bed (sleeps 2), bedroom with double bed, large balcony with fantastic views over the Lienzer Dolomites, the balcony has space for a table and 6 chairs and is comfortable to eat alfresco on. Single allocated parking space and use of Communal facilites- pool, sauna, garden and ski room- free private ski shuttle in winter season.

Type B- (60m2 plus balcony- 20m2) suitable for two adults and up to 4 children, these comprise of- lounge with kitchen and dining area, sofa bed (sleeps 2), bedroom with double bed and2 single bunk beds, large balcony with fantastic views over the Lienzer Dolomites, the balcony has space for a table and 6 chairs and is comfortable to eat alfresco on. Single allocated parking space and use of Communal facilites- pool, sauna, garden and ski room- free private ski shuttle in winter season.
