Loved the amenities, cleanliness, quietness, plus staff were friendly and very helpful. The only complaint was the bedding being too firm for our comfort, we tossed and turned all night. It was very quiet and will definitely return, just wish bedding was a little softer.

Room for improvement.

Wheelchair accessible room overlooking the dumpster which was noisy at night. Loose hair found on the toilet seat and sheets. Toilet stopped flushing. Room was showing its age. Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff were good as was the front desk staff.

Filthy room

We checked into the room and it was covered in dust. It looked like it had not been cleaned or occupied in months, possibly years. I went to the front desk and told them about it and they sent a cleaning lady over who dusted a little bit but honestly, I was disgusted. At least they gave us a refund on the second night, which we did not use.

Very nice property conveniently located off highway. Room was large. Bed could use updating. Electrical outlet need replacing as plugins fell out and many were unusable. Breakfast was good with good variety and omelet station.

I booked my room 2 months in advance, for 1 night, after having held several events here in their conference facility. I was told when I checked in that I had been given the “last room,” which I found odd since I booked it so far in advance, and it was 3:30 pm, pre 4:00 check in time. I was given a handicapped accessible room which I had not requested, and which had a lovely view of the dumpster. This is not at all what I expected. The bathroom is not really suitable, obviously .The facility itself is showing its age. The amenities provided…shampoo, lotion etc are VERY hard to get out of the bottle…which I know, sounds odd. But it is strange. The bed was comfortable and the choice of pillows was great. I’m disappointed. The staff is pleasant. But I won’t be returning or recommending it to anyone.

While the property is somewhat dated, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and their breakfast is great! They have made to order omelets. We’ve stayed there twice now. It is our go to hotel when in Gainesville. The staff is super nice.

Great spot. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. The separate restaurant bar where you use your drink tickets is very good! Nice pool and spa too. Really like this spot!
