We enjoyed our stay in the Gainesville Townhome #3. The townhome was spotlessly clean and nice. It was quiet and yet close to every place we needed to be. We were there for my nephew's wedding and the townhome was perfect for what we needed. It is nicely updated and comfortable!Chris was an awesome host who communicated well and made sure we had what we needed! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Townhouse #3 is located n a sketchy area. An older ranch style home directly across from townhouse is vacant and yard was badly overgrown. Neighbor in townhouse #2 told me that people are climbing in and out of the front right window to do drugs. I did not feel safe on that road.as I watched a guy climb out of that window. As I was leaving, two guys walked up trying to sell my neighbor drugs. She and her husband were there as her teenage boy was recovering there from fhaving brain surgery at a nearby hospital nearby. I was taking the Host at his word when I read it was in a safe area. I should have Trust but Verified before making the reservation. Host would not let me cancel with a full refund. It was suppose to be a surprise bithday stay near Lake Lanier for my daughter on July 3, 2025. After I looked up the directions on Saturday, I realized that area was not safe as it was advertised in Vrbo. I contacted Vrbo to cancel on the next business day, Monday, they said to contact Host. Host had a very friendly customer service personality but would not agree to cancel the reservation. I told my family not to worry about coming up to the lake because of safety concerns.

This was a very clean condo with all of the necessities where you would expect them to be. We came in for a two day trip over the Labor Day weekend and enjoyed our stay very much. The condo is situated on a street right and Gainesville. Anything and everything you could need or want is right there. we spent a day in the North Georgia mountains and our drive to Helen was only around 45 minutes. The condo is located on a quiet street and the evening that we sat out back on the porch. We heard nothing from the neighbors or anywhere around us. Everything works well in the condo and I will definitely be checking this place on my next trip to Gainesville.

Beautiful property but poor communication

The unit is beautiful and in a great location. The beds are comfortable. There is plenty of room. Everything was very clean. We were coming to town for a dance competition. Because we don't always get competition schedules until the week before, I specifically looked for a place that would allow for modifications and cancellations close to the check in date. I thought I'd found the perfect spot for us and booked for the two weekends we would be there. The first weekend was coming up, and 9 days prior to check in I received our schedule. We would not need the second night reserved, so I submitted the modification request. VRBO sent me an email saying the request was received and give the host 48 hours to respond. After 48 hours I hadn't heard anything so reached out to the host. They said they would check into it and get it resolved for me. I followed up with the host multiple times and was told each time that they were working on it. They also sent me their cancellation policy more than once. I told them each time that I understood the policy and was following it as outlined. It wasn't until the day of check in that I got a message from the host that said they had never received the request from VRBO and I would need to follow up with VRBO. At this point I was beyond frustrated. We were already en route and focused on getting our girls to the competition. Again, beautiful property. Just don't book if you think you might change plans.

Perfect for our needs!

The property is very cute and stylish. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen had all the features, dishes, appliances and utensils that I needed to prepare my Christmas recipes. I will definitely plan to stay here again and highly recommend!

Cute townhome

We stayed for one night for my daughter’s soccer tournament. The place is super clean and adorable with a pretty fireplace in the living room and one in the larger bedroom. 2 bathrooms were definitely nice to have!! The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but we would still absolutely stay here again. Convenient to multiple restaurants and stores, but definitely need a car.

Perfect stay for the Military Ball

Gorgeous home just as I expected. The flagstone on the front of house & hilly terrain immediately let you know the mountains were close. We had a beautiful lake view through the trees and foliage. The exterior was nicely landscaped & the surroundings were tranquil. The inside of this lovely home was decorated with a quentesential modern lake flair. Our girls appreciated the added touches of hair dryers & toiletries as they were attending the Riverside Military Ball. The beds & furniture were of great quality. Our host liaison Christopher was readily available with any concerns. I will most definitely share & rent here again. Thanks for making our trip enjoyable & painless.
