Nice staff and good breakfast. Breakfast was best part and family enjoyed the Texas shaped waffles. Beyond that it is just an average hotel. Decent location near several restaurants and not far from interstate. The parking lot is terrible. They have about eight spots so we had to park technically in the parking lot of neighbor hotel. AC unit in room was loud and ran nearly entire time. If you turned it off it would get too hot in room. Pool was closed due to "needing cleaned", but saw nobody working on it the day we checked in or the day we left. I feel like if you are a hotel and don't post on the website that your pool is closed, you should automatically have to give a 20% discount to customers. I have kids and that is the main thing I look for when I rent a room is how nice is the pool. I would not have stayed there had I known the pool was closed. Rooms were more run down then pictures showed. Little splatters of paint everywhere for some reason. Found a dead roach under a chair in room. Rooms had a weird smell like some time of carpet powder or chemical spray. While in town, go check out the waterfalls in the local park. That was the highlight of the trip.

Landscaping definitely needs attention, there was trash on the grass areas and beer cans. The pool was nice but I wanted to get into the hot tub and it was ice cold, they were both indoors. Room was nice but shower head was messed up.

The size of thecroom was great. Everything was clean. The beds were comfortable. The coffee maker in the room didn't work. Breakfast was decent but was over by 9:30 on Saturday and Sunday. We would stay here again.

Waited 10-15 minutes every time I went to the front desk, none of the staff were friendly, the towels and wash clothes looked 20 years old and thin, hot tub wasn’t working and that’s the main reason I booked this facility and the ice machine wasn’t working. AND THE ELEVATOR KEPT GETTING STUCK!

Comfort inn

Ice machine on 4th floor was ripped apart with a sign saying ice machine on 1st floor. On first floor it gave 5 small cubes then stopped working. No handsoap available for bathroom. Front desk night worker was extremely friendly and catered as best she could for anything we needed. Breakfast was delicious and cook was friendly. Sign is needed off frontage road stating turn here because frontage road is riddled with construction debris. Main sign on location needs to be on at night.
